Settling in to a nice table by the window for dinner, we were impressed by the varied menu.
We ordered Pistachio Falafel, Ham, Sea bass, and a lamb, followed by a 3 cheese medley and a Panna Cotta.
Our starters were nice, reasonable flavor, but over elaborate presentation.
The main course of Sea bass was presented in a kris- cross design scored into the fish, which did not look well. The fish itself was tasty and fresh.
The lamb was small but nicely presented and tasted of lamb.
A selection of cheeses was good, not just taken from the fridge, but served at room temperature. The Panna Cotta was equally nice.
A glass of the house white wine accompanied the meal which came to €103.50.
The food was good, the service excellent and the ambiance nice, but presentation was just too elaborate and overall it is close to being very good but just not there yet.
We will return.
