Great location in the middle of the city. Everything was clean and looked good. Very good value for money - as this is nothing close to luxury, it had some interesting twists but overall we enjoyed it. And the rooftop bar is just amaizing!

Its a nice place with reasonable prices and lovely environment.
But its a little bit disappointing when we reserved a double room and when checked in they offered a triple room with three seperate beds! We had to change the room with troubles in that steep stairs,
Besides, an outdoor parking lot is available and the reception guy came and nock on the door at the middle of night and asked to move the car!!!

I stayed here for two nights during my trip to Iran and loved it: such a nice traditional house! Comfy beds and a delicious breakfast included. Many of the staff speak no or limited English, which made communication hard at times, but the younger guys spoke English relatively well and were friendly and helpful, even offering to drop me off at Fin Garden when I asked about getting there.

Minuses: my friend felt bitten after sleeping on a bed...
the bathroom is very ugly, looked like an adjusted garage
there was some strange atmosphere in the air
Hard to find from the Main Street
Pluses: fantastic breakfast - cooked lentils, halva with tea, boiled eggs along with other options: boiled potatoes, fresh tomatoes, excellent jam etc
Nice traditional house with inner yard
Near important sights

Noghli house is one of the greatest eco-guest houses ive seen, its clean, the price is reasonable and the staff are helping and friendly. the time we were there it was so calm and quiet. there is always brewed tea prepared at the garden and they never use tea bags. I also like the way they use traditional equipment and utensils

Room tip: I guess rooms in the small court are more quiet and less warm
