We hired and booked a snowmobile half day with you..I can't thank you enough for your help and kindness when we turned up ,we felt in safe hands, an a special thank you to the young dark haired lady who helped my wife with her snow suits my wife was a bit unsure as her first time in laoland,so we really appreciate how we were treated.it was a fantastic experience. We booked the 2.5hr two fells tour at 10am on NYE. We were 2A and 2C, it was a particularly cold day but the kit given to put over our existing ski wear, or trade with their own gloves and boots was great. My children were not cold at all as given additional layers. both driver and passenger handle bars are heated which is a great touch. The knowledge of the staff checking we were as warm as could possibly be checking sizes for circulation etc was great. They were all really friendly. The tour was great and we were lucky which such beautiful clear skies, regularly stopping to check on us and to allow for photos. We thoroughly enjoyed this experience, it was just us and one other person so felt like a private experience compared to the long lines of big tour operators excursions we regularly passed. Thank you for a great morning- would definitely recommend and would recommend booking direct.

Visited this location for a snowmobile safari. Arrived a little earlier than our planned time, and the staff looked at us shocked and asked to go and visit the supermarket till our allocated time. We asked if we could not wait inside. After all, we were only 10 mins early. They agreed and told us to sit down in the changing seated area. .. our safari time approached, and no one came to tell us what to do, so we approached the desk again. Whilst the ride out was "okay," it wasn't really enjoyable and not something I'd want to do again. Your feet get really cold on the snowmobile. One of the riders had an accident and went into the back of the snowmobile infront, the guide came over to the individual at the end and appeared to be really aggressive and was only interested if the snowmobile was damaged. Not one checked on the child on the back to see if they were okay. This is not an experience I would want to do again and definitely not with this company. Customer service is appalling.
