We traveled to Ti Kaye in December and had a very interesting experience. I will say that the food was incredible and we enjoyed every meal. That said, there were too many things that were not nice and, as such, I would not recommend this resort.
First, the bed/sheets/pillows (very low grade) and the surprises on the bill (there were several). The rooms were very nice but there are a LOT of bugs on this resort and in the room (there are all natural spray's but the resort doesn't seem to do that). The cleaner doesn't always come (missed a day) and you cannot get a towel to save your life! Finally, the quality of the towels was very poor (that sounds snobby, but really, they were really really bad).
Overall, I would say the resort is disorganized, but this is not why I am giving a 2/5. The major reason is the scary dive experience and the complete lack of concern from the resort about this issue. We rented equipment from the resort and mine was broken. Basically, my BCD filled up with air by itself. I had to do an emergency surface due to this and my dive instructor was nowhere to be found. It was a scary, life-threatening experience and the biggest shock was that the instructors didn't seem to care, but also that the resort did not reply to me when I told them about it.
Overall, if you are a diver or simply want a nice four-star resort, this is not the place to be.
