We stayed here for 6 nights. There were 3 family's consisting of 6 adults and 6 children. There's was ample sleeping arrangements ( however the bottom villa only allowed for 1 children's bed). The Maids were punctual and polite and only too happy to help upon request. The rooms were clean and very spacious. Any issues we had, Leroy addressed and rectified. Our kids loved the pool and with 3 family's staying there, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. The children LOVED the massive projector screen which was awesome for watching DVD's after dinner, so the adults could enjoy a chat, swim, drink around the pool. The house is away from the hustle and bustle of noisy Chaweng Beach but close enough to catch the reliable taxi service offered at the villa. On our last day we asked our maids to cook up a traditional Thai breakfast which was amazing! The owner can organise scooters for rent ( at a competitive price) and an external laundry service is on offer to save the hassle of taking the laundry out. We will miss the villa!
Fantastic location, close enough to the action but far enough to enjoy some peaceful tranquility.
Everything was above expectation, Leroy was awesome, helpful when needed but didn't intrude on our stay. Pa the housekeeper was awesome, tidying up an cooking for us. Mo came in handy for taxi rides and at a good price. And the phone left by leroy was very handy (we called it the bat phone as it had everything we needed pre-programmed)
Rooms were great, pool area was fantastic and well utilised during our stay. All appliances worked fine, we did a lot of cooking there and everything worked fine (projector screen took some work to lower but worked eventually). Fridge near the pool was handy too.
I would definitely recommend this place and don't understand the previous negative reviews...fantastic holiday, fantastic villa, thanks Leroy, Pa, and Mo we will be back.

We were a danish family of 12 persons (8 adults og 4 children) who rented this place (all 3 houses) for a relaxing holiday. We were realy looking forward to se the place and we were not disappointed. Great view, great poolarea, nice clean houses and very nice and sweet housekeepers, who came every morning to make breakfast og clean the houses. We will definitely recommend the place to other families or groups.
Ended up renting this place for a large family and friends group for my wedding day in Samui and didn't disappoint.
Service: This is where this place rocks! We were greeted by Leroy and a wonderful refreshing coconut juice and fruit platter. Very welcoming indeed. He showed us the place and his staff helped us cleaned up the place and cooked nice and simple breakfast morning. HINT: We requested them to cook some other asian breakfast and paid them small amount. They went and got some vegies and cooked fried rice. it was yummy.
Location: It is not really walking distance to Chaweng, about 5-10 mins car ride. All of our commuting was done by 'Mo'; their taxi person. He provided a very very fair priced fair but do negotiate with him. Very happy with his transportation services.
Place: Really enjoyed it. The place is pretty much broken down to a few 'sections'. We ended up could have hosted a few more people and it would have been quite 'private'. It is very clean, NO issues with security for us. Very relaxing throughout. My mother in law is on a wheel chair, and no issues for her (she can manage a few steps). only issue for us is that one of the bathroom periodically have a smell, but we should have told Leroy and he is always contactable 24/7 and happy to fix things up. Just make sure you let him know at the earliest stage. No one complained about the bed and aircon, all works and all is well. Recommend it for large groups who just wants to relax.
Misc: They also provided a local mobile which was very helpful for me. Its an old phone, but works wonders esp when we were trying to organise for our wedding :)
Hint: Electricity costs in Samui is not cheap. So, and Leroy will note you when you check-in, to be very careful of the Air-con / electricity cost that is not included during your stay. Basically treat the place as if it was your own holiday home, but with butlers provided :)

The best point of the villa was the pool area, the pictures reflect what you see is what you get. But no umbrellas. However, it is a large complex entered via a gate that doesn't lock and the villa has no security. The bedroom safes were all broken so we had nowhere to lock money, laptops or passports. They were not repaired during our stay. The lounge/kitchen and dining area are not enclosed at all and open to the pool area, which leaves the area exposed to bugs, snakes etc. all our food was infested in minutes while preparing, we had to throw lots away. To either side of this open area were two large bedrooms. One with a double bed and wet shower/toilet, this room also shared two single beds. The other side of the kitchen area a lounge and bedroom plus wet shower/toilet with a glass door into another bedroom with separate shower/toilet. Off this room another room with bunk beds and single bed but no toilet and shower. In addition there was a separate accommodation by the entrance gate for a couple. There was no hot water, no dishwasher, no working washing machine, the cooker ran out of gas and was very old as was the place in general. There is no piped water to the villa, water trucks arrived several times during our stay to pump water into separate tanks. The pool filtration system also seemed to need attention regularly. Our Christmas Day family lunch had to be abandoned as the cooker was not up to the job of cooking a joint of meat. A quickly sourced local Thai takeout had to save the day as it did on several occasions. We had 4 and 10 year old children in our group plus 6 adults, and cooking some simple non spicy kid friendly meals would hv been useful. The villa might be acceptable accommodation for a group of young men on a party getaway who are not interested in cooking, hot showers. etc. The owner Leroy was pleasant and lived nearby but although he tried to fix some of the problems, there were just too many things that should have been fixed before we arrived. Be pro eared for the electricity bill at the end, it equates to baht6 per unit, our bill for 4 aircons, fans and lighting was baht8300 for 15 days, and we were at the beach most days and ate out a lot.
