I've stayed at this Penzion many times and now know the owner , food menu is broad , good traditional Slovak food and it s hot plentiful and very well priced . Good for vegetarians too . Outdoor space with climbing stuff for kids , outside terrace , sometimes live Slovak band , indoor football table too . Couldn't recommend it more highly for food . Large spacious rooms and good showers / toilets .

Small family run hotel with great garden ideal for peacfull holiday in Slovakia's top region Liptov. Kids playground, garden seating next to small pond, covered terrace and cozy restaurant. Good beer and traditional Slovak dishes served daily from 5 pm. Simple bedrooms, but the family suite (appartment Lucia) offer greater comfort for very good price.
Absolutely great ! Nice stylish rooms, very clean hotel, situated in a wonderful place. The garden is perfect, offering a nice place for resting, barbecue, kids´corner. The personnel is perfect - positive, helpfull, nice. Food 100%, what ever you take it is perfect. A place one must go, a good starting point for activities offered around (Kalameny, Besenova, Liptov).
You can order a masasge to your room- do it, is worth while.
Don´t worry if you are on a diet, they can offer what you need.
Our family spent a 3 nice days in july at "Penzion za Mlynom". We had a very pleasant stay. The boardinghouse is in Liptovka Tepla village. It is very close to Besenova, max. 3 km.
There is a big garden, tarn and playground for children.
Our room was big, good quality and very clean.
The staff at the reception and restaurant were very polite and helpful to start with. The variety of the local food was very satisfactory and the quality was on the high level, also for children. Internet access (WiFi) was free and reliable.
I would advise this pension for families. It is a good starting point for trips in Liptov region.
