We just came back from an incredible week at Las Plumerias. I cannot rave enough about the location (gorgeous grounds, lovely pool), the instructors (thank you Paul, Alexis and Tibo!) The amazing surf breaks! The food (Marta and Erika, we are still dreaming about the chocolate mousse!)

Emeline and Etienne have created something beautiful here. The cabins were quaint and comfortable. It's a surf camp, so they're rustic, but they're lovely, and we were super comfortable. We loved the family style eating, and really enjoyed getting to know the other campers at meal times. I loved laughing and sharing surf stories with others over meals.

The surfing was incredible. The breaks were amazing and uncrowded. We surfed twice daily, and wow, it was incredible. It was exhausting and amazing all in one.

Thank you Las Plumerias, Etienne and Emeline, for an amazing week. We hope to come back soon.

All around great experience for 2 beginner surfers. Etienne and Emeline have made a life for themselves in the remote surf area in Popoyo and it's an inspiring story. They are welcoming, (at least tri-lingual), and a pleasure to be around. Their surf instructors are patient and knowledgeable about the sport itself, and all the fine breaks the area has to offer. The kitchen staff prepared OUTSTANDING meals 3 times a day. The cabanas are clean and simple and totally appropriate for surf camp. Family style meals gave us the opportunity to make friends with surfers from around the world, and the owners themselves. They're packages have a great value and can accommodate many levels of surfers. Merci Beaucoup y Muchas Gracias.

This camp is made for the surf life.
There are plenty and various surf spots : beach break, point break, reef.
There is nor or not too big crowd in the water, which is luxury to improve.
You can surf sometimes for the sunrise sometimes for the sunset.
minimum 2 sessions per day with skillful, dynamic and full of care surf guides.
Boards are adapted to different surfing levels.
The location itself is made for relaxation and well being.
Stunning view on the pacific as you wake up. Eco lodges, with shower at room temperature but eventually I got used to it.
Beds are comfortable.
Toilets with sawdust are enjoyable.
Rooms are cleaned everyday.

The cuisine itself is divine : the cooks were ravishing us for each meals from breakfast to dinner.
Meals are generous and different everyday respecting the local food.

The staff is perfect, they wait on us hand and foot. They propose and organize visits. Fire camp on the beach, yoga class close to the pool at the end of surfing days can only encourage you to love the stay even more.
Transfer to the airport is included in the price. Be careful when changing money at the airport, commissions are horrifying.

I only can recommend this place for friendly and unforgettable holidays.

Las plumerias is one of those gems you do not really want to share with anyone.
As a total beginner, I could put all my trust in the surf guides, discovered the pleasure of surfing and improved day by day.
The place itself is simply amazing. For anyone who wants to disconnect and enjoy a genuine life, this is the place to be.
I am already planning when to go back.

Room Tip: Stunning Pacific view

I don't write a lot of reviews... but this place is amazing! Beautiful relaxed location, very nice people, very good food and lots of surfing! Etienne and Emeline, the surfguides and all the stuff do a great job. And you can experience a charming sense of french humor! If you wanna spend a perfect surf trip among great people charging great waves, just go there!
