Normally with the lack of spring water (at least to me it felt like regular water, perhaps others can correct), a slightly derelict onsen, outdated furnishings, dinner that relies too much on fried foods, I would give this a three star. But perhaps it’s just high season that causes me feel able to complain about these things due to the price.
What bumped it up to four stars for me is the following: The front desk was very kind in explaining the terms of our purchase, and then also in helping us with our needs during mealtimes. And while outdated, the rooms were very clean. View from the room was awesome as this is build upon hills in furano.More
