From start to finish this hotel has been absolutely incredible. We leave tomorrow and we don’t want to go!! Before we arrived we had a few communications with the hotel as we needed to check if we could arrange a PCR test as this was our last hotel of our trip before flying home. They always replied so quickly and were of such great help. I would say the most helpful hotel we’ve ever stayed in! When we arrived we were taken to our room and they had put out lovely balloons for our honeymoon and my husband had surprised me with some prosecco and flowers which was so lovely that he arranged with the hotel. The rooms are beautiful, so spacious and stylish and on the last few nights they even upgraded us to the best room as it was our honeymoon. They also supply great toiletries in the rooms with added mosquito balm from a local Sri Lankan supplier than was great and very helpful. The help with our fit to fly PCR tests back to the uk was organised so easily that we didn’t need to worry at all and we also organised a taxi for a day trip which they even managed to get discount for us on. The hotel is stunning with beautiful furniture throughout. An amazing location right on a stunning beach. The service is outstanding, everyone is so kind and generous and they make you feel so welcome throughout.
