We stayed in one of the nicer rooms, House 2 or something (with no covered parking). The room itself was very nice. In terms of general service and care, detail seems to be lacking. No toilet paper in the room when we got there. I reported it and had to o ask again, just to discover they sourced it and kept it in reception. Service in restaurant and reception also very "relaxed" , i.e. taking too long. This is especially true if you are over for a quick stay and trying to do things on timelines.
Had a pleasant stay though.
