We had a great time at Villa Morro Golf 10. It's beautiful spacious villa with a nice view. Big and warm communal pool.
No direct sunlight in the morning so it was a little bit could to eat our breakfast out. No Wifi signal in the bedroom upstairs.

Decent villa, nice views, surroundings & welcome package. We really enjoyed the upper terrace in the evening. Good & friendly communication with the staff. Good bed! Wifi excellent on the ground level.
A few remarks: getting hot water wasn't always possible. There is a larger (shared) pool a little bit further away: it can get noisy there sometimes when families & kids are having a swim. No noise issues wtih other villas.
Gran Canaria is a very beautiful island and this was a perfect place for us to get back to each day during our stay.

We arrived on a fairly late flight, but after just a very short wait were met by a rep from 'Suite Dreams' with key. Lovely Villa (Taibaibas 12) with lots of space. Just a couple, so we had masses of space. Very modern décor, very comfortable.
Wonderful views of the 4th T. Handy Spar shop at entrance with lovely helpful staff. Brasserie very good, well priced, lovely service. We also ate at the Tapas bar in the Sheraton on site, very good food and again lovely service.
Nice small pool, heated to 32 degrees. Lovely. Plenty of sunbeds and comfy outdoor furniture.
You MUST have a car here to enjoy the Island...excellent short drive off main motorway. There is a huge Mercadona in Meloneras, and another in Tablero.
When we reported a couple of minor issues, they were acted upon straight away.

Minus Points:
Because of orientation, you lose sun at about 5pm...no sunsets here, and it does make the outside area a little chilly in February.
Maybe think of supplying a gas BBQ...better for larger groups.
Kitchen missing a few basic things, but passed this on to the booking agent, and feel sure this will be acted upon. Likewise noisy washing machine. No major issues here.
However...if renting for English market, please get UK TV.We were lucky with the weather, but a family here in winter might need this if the weather is bad. We used a piece of software on our computer in order to get catchup UK TV.
An information pack on restaurants, places to visit etc would be very helpful...we love exploring and just getting in the car and driving to small villages, but not everyone is like us.
We have already recommended this villa to a couple we met on the plane, so feels that says it all. A lovely, relaxing 2 weeks.

Room Tip: Villas on East side of development are sunnier

We have visited here twice as the villas are lovely and clean with great views.
The only downside is the nearest proper shop is quite a distance so you are totally reliant on the car.

However if you stock up on food at the local carrefour you can have a great stay!
