Visited with my girlfriend for a weeks break. For the price paid this is a fantastic place to stay! It is a German dominated hotel but they are friendly enough to stay and chat with. A few don't like queues but that is the minority. The staff at reception are very very helpful and will do everything they can to solve any issues you may have.

The rooms are cleaned daily and are kept well. They are simple and the tv is in German but you should only be sleeping in there, get outside and enjoy the sun and fantastic beach! If you order a double room don't be surrpised to get two single beds put together as they don't offer double beds. As others have said get a see view as its lovely. We stayed in a family room which was very nice, we got the room bathroom and also a separate lounge which was good.

Great location. You can get a taxi to the nearest supermarket for €3 and to Jandia the nearest major town for €10. We walked to Jandia down the beachfront and we did it in 2 hours. It is a fantastic walk to do and you can feed the chipmunks along the way. Take note that there a few very small rocky parts where the beach is small so take flip flops. Oasis Park (Zoo) is only 30 minute coach journey away which is the biggest zoo in the canaries.

The pools are large and never ever crowded and there are so many beds you can have more than one yourself if you want. Remember that the pools are not heated so if it is cloudy they can be a little cold. There is also tennis courts, jacuzzi, gym and volley ball all onsite included aswell. There is also a games room with pool table tennis and other arcade machines.

Food is good enough to fill you up. It is not 5 star cuisine but it is more than good enough for the price you pay. They serve lots of types of food and it varies every day. There are snacks throughout the day and drinks too.

Additional extras like wifi and safes are available but you have to pay for them. Wifi is €25 a week and be ready to patient. I recorded max speeds of 5mb which really is not that great eg. loads BBC in about one minute. Not sure how much the safes were as we just kept things locked in the suitcase.

Entertainment of an evening is the normal stuff you get on holidays so don't expect west-end musicals. People are also there thoughtout the day to keep kids entertained, adults join in too!

Room Tip: Pay for see view if you can. And family rooms are very spacious!

Beach Beach Beach... I have been to many places around the globe but have never experienced such a clean calm beautiful beach as this. It is as clear as a fish tank. I would say it is a shame about the 100 steps down to the beach but we were more thank happy to climb them each day to get a little bit of heaven away from it all. So if you are a family with children or a Lager lout looking for the nearest bar it is not for you.
It is quiet secluded and a little shocking that most people are naked at first but hey after a couple of days (when in Rome!).
The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but we were not there to spend our holiday cooped up in the room, they did the job they were meant to. Although the shower was great.
Food was very plentiful and tasty in fact a diet is required on our return!
It is a very German hotel/resort but we just loved it and would certainly go there again.
Catch the bus into the nearest town and try the Gambas in one of the beach based Tavernas they were wonderful.
Needless to say we would go there again and again just for the laid back peach and quiet of the whole resort.
We paid £360 each with Thompson last minute and was worth every penny as a cheap last minute. I would say it was a 3 star but a very good 3 star.
The bus to the nearest town was about £1.50 and £10.00 in a taxi return.
The hotel even opens their restaurant for guests arriving and leaving very early. That was a bonus as we were being picked up at 6.45am.
I have to say again food was very good.
You do get the use of their other hotels but we did not bother as we were happy with ours.

Room Tip: Always e-mail in advance and ask for a garden room or a sea view

This was a pleasant hotel, but situated on it own on a nice beach. It was however catering for German, Italian and Polish visitors, we did not feel fully welcomed, speaking to us seemed to be an effort and completed quickly with no friendliness. Food was average but the staff in the restaurant were friendly. Meal times did not match what actually took place Lunch finished at 2, when it was advertised for 2.30 the same as the evening meals.
Pool area and rooms where clean and tidy but our room had a massive stain on the balcony ceiling, as if it had a leak. The hotel looked as though it could do with a refurbish.

Room Tip: Check out the sea view. Learn German

Paid a premium for a sea view which was spectacular, but doesn't make up for the basic, dated rooms. The TV was from the Ark and had plenty of German channels, but only one English, which I tuned in myself! As I said, the views are amazing, but the balcony was in shade by the afternoon and in April, with the wind, it was too cold to sit on.
The food was typical for AI, so that was fine. Didn't like the fact that the pool bar closed at 6.30pm, which meant we could only get drinks in the Tranquil Lounge when we wanted to stay by the pool!
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, which wasn't a problem for us as we had a car, but it's nice to stroll out in the evening and there are only other hotels via a beach reached by lots of steep stairs.
Had to pay €7 euro per day, per device for wifi and €4 per day for the safe, plus €1 per day, per person for clean beach towels!!!
No tea making facilities in the room.
Stayed in 5 different hotels as touring the island and felt this was disappointing for the money paid.

Room Tip: Not 515, as corridor to restaurant, so noisy.

This hotel was very well laid out with several pools and solarium areas, so didn't feel overcrowded or crammed. Trees planted as wind shields throughout the hotel grounds- much needed.
All areas were immaculate.
Bedrooms could be updated - very basic and bland( however, you don't come on holiday to sit in your room!!)
Vast selection of breakfast foods to cater for all nationalities.
Buffet style lunches and dinners - tasty but not very warm!
Snack bar also caters for al fresco diners.
Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Animation team worked really hard both day and night to keep the children amused at the various clubs and offered daily activities for adults as well as evening entertainment.
Two members of this team deserve a special thank you - Fanni and Lucas, both very upbeat and professional in their attitudes towards guests.
Hotel very isolated - need to catch a taxi if want to do shopping,etc- 10 euros.
