This is the second time we have stayed at Le Montrachet and it will certainly not be our last! This trip was to celebrate an important birthday for my wife... we enjoyed a wonderful stay for a week. The people at the hotel are fantastic, service is 5 star and the experience they create is special to say the least. Accommodation is extremely comfortable and clean, we stayed in a suite at Villa Christine, well worth the extra investment. The dining experience is really special, a wine list to savour, the menu spectacular and quality of food out of this world, we have no hesitation in recommending this experience.

Room Tip: If yoiu can afford it upgrade to a suite in Villa Christine...

The hotel is naturally beautiful with the vineyard view from your window.
Dinner with set menu was excellent!
Probably needs blackout curtains for the room otherwise everything else is amazing.
Highly recommended.

This hotel is a gem in Puligny-Montrachet. The rooms are great and service is overall very good. Breakfast is great, especially when they set it in the terrace (weather permitting).

We had dinner in the restaurant with friends and it was great meal. The wine list is amazing and the service was very attentive and polite.

We will go back when we go to Burgundy again

Currently sitting on the terrace looking at the quintessential French rural setting, quite simply gorgeous!! Great food, fantastic staff and the most beautiful views!! This is my first visit to this region and I may have peaked too soon as this is quite simply one of the most beautiful places I have ever been. From the immaculate hotel to the picture post card setting of the village, Montrachet is completely wonderful, oh, and the wine isn't bad either.......!!

...and were so impressed we wanted to stay at the hotel. This is definitely the best place to stay in Puligny-Montrachet. We have stayed in PM previously and were disappointed with our hotel. The structure is an old manor house that has been renovated into very comfortable, modernly equipped rooms. All expected room amenities are available, but you need to ask in advance to have a room with a mini-bar as not all rooms have them. Our room, number 35, overlooked a quiet plaza. The buffet breakfast was very good and the least expensive of any during our 2 weeks in France. The restaurant was excellent, and I review that elsewhere under restaurants in PM. The only drawback is that wi-fi reception was spotty. I had to go to the lounge to get reception.

Room Tip: don't be afraid to have a room overlooking the plaza---it is a quiet plaza.
