As a young couple (26) I would not necessarily recommend this place. It is more a family and pensioners accommodation. We stayed in one of the apartments which was kept very clean (daily cleaning service). It is big with a kitchen including big fridge and dining table. We had a great view of the sea. Friendly employees, you are greeted by all staff with a friendly smile or hello.
Points of improvement: the beds were pretty hard and had some sort of plastic under the sheets which makes a cracking sound when you move.
There is a back door to go directly to the (small) boulevard but this was rarely open. The walk up to the reception and back down again is not one you want to do every day when on holiday. They should have a lock like on the rooms, so the door opens when you present your room pass. All in all a good stay!

Took forever to check-in. Was waiting for 30 minutes before I could check in with no apology given. There was only a couple of people in front in the line so it wouldn't have been hard to handle things more efficiently...

The apartment was acceptable with a living room kitchenette diner, one bedroom and shower/bathroom. The sea view from the balcony was quite nice but we had the furthest apartment from the pools that got the least sunlight.

Unfortunately there were twin beds and not a double bed and the TV remote for the 21" TV had to be acquired with a £10 Euro deposit. It was annoying that the TV was so tightly mounted to the wall that it was impossible to connect an HDMI cable to it.

I also thought that charging 5 Euros per day for an Iron and 20 Euros per week for WiFi was opportunistic and unnecessary.

Il start with the good points of the apartments, they are well situated close to everything you could need on a relaxing trip. With loads of restaurants within a 10 minute walk to satisfy everybody’s needs. Many pubs to have a drink at on a night and shops for bits and pieces you could need.
The pool area was clean and water was warmish which is a plus
Free buss to los cristianos

Unfortunately the good points pretty much ended there. We had stayed a week in the Santa Barbara 2 hotels down and only due to a mix up with flights did we have to move for the last 2 nights of our trip, we had had a great week! When we first moved along our room wasn’t ready, this wasn’t a problem as we went for a walk until it was. The hold room for luggage was tiny, far too small for a hotel it’s size and had suitcases piled from floor to ceiling. I know this isn’t the biggest of issues but when we returned our suitcases were shoved to the bottom of the pile.
When we got to our room we saw that the room was very dated and lacked one of the most important amenities on a holiday a kettle! The room was cleanish however it was showing signs of age and disrepair. The shower and fridge had rust on it, the bathroom grout was coming away and would coat your clothes/ towel if you hung it on the hook. To toilet constant,y needed to refil and was loud when doing so. I think I would have rather slept on the floor than the bed we were given and my sons bed in the living room wasn’t much better. Our sea view room was the least sea view available
When we went to bed our room had crickets or something jumping around after catching them, we noticed wood lice and a few cockroaches. I understand sometimes these can’t be helped. But after our morning we were far from amused. When we did get to sleep our neighbours seemed to be squeezing and singing until about 4am, the rooms aren’t soundproofed so this kept us awake and even after asking them to be a little more courteous this still continued, once again I know this isn’t a hotel issue. But it really ruined our experience. We also had an issue that we didn’t want our room cleaned, it wasn’t necessary as we had everything packed up to leave, so we left the do not disturb one the door. When we came back the maid had half tidied our room. We took all valuables as we hadn’t realised e had to pay for a safe.
After the worst night sleep ever, with no coffee to wake me up and seeing how expensive the pool bar and restaurant was for breakfast. We decided we had had enough and moved back into the peace of the Santa Barbara

First time staying at this hotel normally stay at the MGM just up the road but we made the right choice. We found this hotel maybe a little dated but spotlessly clean through the very hard work of the staff they don't stop cleaning from sun up to set. Our room 307 overlooked the pool area and a great view out to sea. We stayed on a BB basis which suits us as we like to explore the local restaurants. The breakfast was fine more or less anything you could have wanted hot and cold choices fruit cheeses cakes etc.
The only one problem with this hotel are the sunbeds they have two different sorts one of which has the back support and one that doesn't they are split 50/50. Now this causes a stampede early in the mornings with people starting around 7.45 reserving sun beds even though the hotel says it carries out a strict no reserve policy. And some of the people reserving the beds do not show up around the pool until lunch time which really pisses you off.
But all in all a good clean well looked after hotel all credit to the staff. We will return

Room Tip: ask for high floor

Dear guest. Thanks for taking your time writing this review, and receive our apologies regarding the issue with the sunbeds. We really think that it is a matter from the lack of respect that some of our guests have for the rest of our clients. Unfortunately, this behaviour is difficult to eradicate. However, we will take in consideration your interesting comment about the two types of sunbeds.
Best regards, and see you soon again.
