We stayed in this lovely hotel with our dog back in July. Sometimes you don't realise just how much you enjoyed a place until a few weeks after - but as time elapses I find myself thinking back to our two nights there with an increasingly warm glow!

The grounds and garden were beautiful - especially if the sun was shining, you can sip a glass of wine sitting next to the pond watching the fish.

Our room was large and very nicely decorated - no shower, just a bath with a shower attachment (a minor niggle).

And the food was delicious! We had dinner one night and felt it was better than the meal we enjoyed in Honfleur. The staff were also extremely nice and very helpful, pointing out places to visit, describing nice woodland walks for exercising the dog, etc.

And the hotel is just a 10 minute drive from Honfleur, which we really liked - it exceeded our expectations.

All in all, I would recommend it highly - and if we find ourselves back in the area we will definitely stay again.

Set right out in the country but within ten miles of Honfleur this us a rural hide-way of the highest quality. It is almost a restaurant with rooms and a lovely garden, as one ideally needs nice weather to enjoy the location and the gardens and it is best suited for those that want a busy day touring and then come back to a high quality and calm meal.

We were welcomed professionally and as we were early had our welcome drink, in the nice but very limited lounge area and there is no bar or other internal communal area. However what was impressive was how quickly the room was made available and how the staff wanted to make the stay a positive experience. We were given a lovely room...it was on the first floor ....number 18 of La Charme level, with a walk in shower and with a triple aspect, giving superb views. The outside area is lovely but obviously a warm day is needed to male it special.

In the evening we made our way down to dinner and if the weather had been good the garden would have been superb for an aperitif and the interior was not really adequate to make it special. However the meal was quite superb and the chef Yannick and his team are clearly true professionals. They provide a different menu every day and one will not be disappointed. The highlights were the superb sauces and perhaps the only low point was the dessert which lacked a little inspiration compared with what had gone before. The service was attentive and appropriate for the relaxed ambience.

In short definitely a great place for the first or last night of a holiday, whilst in reach of the ferry ports and a great evening bolt hole if one has a busy touring programme during the day but to stay on site needs good weather. Highly recommended.

In rolling Norman countryside this small inn (owned by the prestigious Ferme St. Simeon at Honfleur) is a charming place both as a stopover and to explore the local attractions. Very peaceful and well appointed with good food and very comfy bedrooms.

Room Tip: We had a suite in the annexe and it was very spacious and well equipped. Only the charming sound of the local stream during the night!

This is an idyllic country inn. Warm services, comfortable room (good size but not very bog), excellent restaurant and grounds replete with fish ponds, that are so peaceful and beautiful one doesn't want to leave.

Very tranquil setting but only 5 minutes drive from Honfleur, this is a wonderful place for 'getting away from it all' for a few days.
Our room was clean and comfortable but do agree as a previous reviewer that the loo is very 'snug' - probably the only criticism we had of the accommodation.
We had dinner on two nights - high standard of cuisine and reasonable value at 39 euros compared with other restaurants in Honfleur. Service not over friendly but professional - a slightly warmer manner towards guests would have been appreciated, but all in all a very nice stay.
