I've been to the hoteln the first time in 13 years. The hotel has kept its beautiful charm und at the ownership. The kitchen has always been amazing but has been upgraded under its new headchef.
The food has been improved. The quality of products is outstanding!
Some dished had a classic note but have been reinvented under a modern twist. A good example was the Creme Brulee. A classic French dish adjusted to today's style.
We have choosen to have a 3 course dinner together with a bottle of wine. Every dish was outstanding.
2nd. Ochs Cheeks/ Sliced Veal
3th. Dessert surprise
You could clearly taste the workmanship which went into the making of these dishes.
A small tip:
The front desk is selling a few homemade, high quality products. My favourite are the homemade flavoured salts.More
