We spent four nights in Villa BB and we had a fantastic stay. The apartments are modern, clean and are situated right on the sea front with the added bonus of a well kept pool. We were actually in a room situated just behind the main apartment block, but it had two levels and a large double bed with air con. The only small issue we had in there was the wifi struggled to reach parts of the room at times.

The pool is clean, and though small, is great to cool down in and have a little play in. There are enough sun loungers around the pool side too. On the other side of the restaurant, you'll find the beach. It is a stone beach, but is really nice and stretches a long way, so nice for a pleasant evening walk. The sun also sets over the mountains on the right towards Split centre which makes for a lovely view.

Villa BB is located around 25 minutes from Split city centre and is easily accessible by a frequent bus service, with the stops being situated right outside the apartments - take the number 60 with 'Split - Podstrana - Omis' sign, cost is either 12 or 13 kuna dependent on the bus (public or private).

Along the beach too there are several bars and restaurants, all of which are reasonably priced, saving a trip to Split centre on an evening. A five minute walk to the right and you'll find the marina with more expensive restaurants and a two minute walk to the left is a fantastic bar, with lovely staff, and a vast selection of cocktails (including 1L options!), all for a reasonable price.

We would definitely recommend this place and would love to return again in the future!

I found the hotel through the offers on the internet.
It looked like a good offer. And it was like in the offer.
The offer was bed and breakfast. The double room.
When we arrived everything was as it described.
The staff is friendly. The building and restaurant are clean.
It is located on the beach. It has parking and good WiFi..
Split is located 10 kilometers. It is possible to go by bus.

Room Tip: The first and second floor overlooking the sea.

Beach Hotel Bozikovina has been the second stop in our trip to Croatia, to no disappointment. First of all, the hospitality of the staff was great, they were all caring and attentive. The room we had was spotless, comfortable and equipped with all amenities. The huge balcony was overlooking the sea, giving a beautiful sight. The hotel has direct beach access which is just perfect. Their restaurant proved to be popular though we did not try it, but pricewise and with its food variety, it seemed really fair. Altogether, we spent there 4 great day and if we were to return to Podstrana, we would not choose any other place.

Visited this little gem at the end of August/beginning of September and for the price we paid (£170 for 3 nights for 2 people) we were pleasantly surprised.
Our room was on the ground floor with a huge terrace overlooking the pool and bar. We had an outdoor table and chairs and we brought up some sun loungers from the pool area to make the most of the space. The room itself was spacious with plenty of plugs and the bathroom was clean, tidy and sufficient for our needs.
The breakfast was mediocre ... Nothing special and we were not particularly impressed with the meals (we only ate there one evening) but the staff were accommodating and helpful! Glass of rose is around £2 which is exceptionally reasonable! There is a cash machine almost next door and a 'Ribola' store 5 minutes walk away. The beach just behind the restaurant is beautiful and a short stroll away is the marina of the rich and famous with some classy restaurants.
The bus stop is almost opposite and costs 13 kuna into split, one way. They seem pretty regular too!

A few points that are not necessarily a bad thing but could be an issue for some are as follows:

There are kettles in the room but no cups, spoons, tea, milk or sugar. Just literally a kettle. When I asked for 'English breakfast tea' they had none so I ended up going to the shop down the road for tea bags and milk.

The pool is very small ... I would say no longer than 15ft in length and barely 10ft wide but was clean and pleasant on a hot day. It is also surrounded by gravel which can be a bit harsh on the feet so be careful!
The bathroom 'freebies' eg shampoo/soap are basic so bring your own!

There are no safes in the room but I believe you can ask for one of required.

The sun loungers on the beach do not belong to the hotel so you have to pay to use them. We just walked down and back which took all of two minutes.

All in all this is a great little place in an ideal location and I would be happy to stay here again!
