We stayed here for one night in November - wish it could have been longer. What a location - what a view. Our room faced the lake and had large picture windows to take in the scenery. Couldn't fault a thing - wonderful bed, great bathroom and toasty warm. The restaurant was well priced and breakfast was comprehensive. The staff were friendly and we really recommend the trip on the boat to see the Glacier.

Gorgeous hotel in an outstanding location. Stayed as part of a hiking trip and was so sad that we only stayed one night. This is a place to spend a few days. The hotel itself looks quite new and is a blend of stunning views with a modern beachy feel. The rooms were simply stunning with great views, a super comfortable bed, and a stylish bathroom with a huge power shower. Needless to say, the room was spotless and the staff were super helpful. The large open plan reception/bar/dining room has amazing views of the mountains.
Dinner was no let down - a delicious chicken curry soup, pasta with avocado cream sauce, followed by a chocolate / orange cake. The breakfast was great as well with lots of hot and cold choices - tons of pastries. An amazing place to stay, be sure to schedule a few days!

I went in winter (off season) which meant that I was able to get a decent price from booking.com. Considering the remoteness of the hotel everything is of extremely high quality. My room was gigantic and had an incredible view of the glacier. I felt very well looked after by the staff and the food on offer was very good. The hotel offered free tours with knowledgeable and friendly guides which really added to the experience. There can't be many hotels with better views, the sight of the lake is just staggering. Highly recommend.

We stayed in June 18th for a few days. Amazing hotel, the latest design architecture, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nothing compared to USA hotels. Floor will heat from the bottom. People were very nice and attentive. Tour guides are very useful. And the most important, the surrounding nature is the eye opener, extraordinary beautiful.

Room Tip: ask them room with the lake view. You will not regret it.

This is a great hotel in an amazing place! Service goes above and beyond most places I’ve ever visited. The rooms and restaurant have views of the Grey Glacier! Guides help you plan your excursions around the Torres del Paine park. It’s remote, but that’s a good thing too! Internet available in the public areas but worked in our room as well.
