Very polite personnel. Very clean and with sufficient space room. Excellent view of Kalamata and Messinian bay. Providing all needed amenities. Very tranquil environment in the morning time at veranda. BUT there is a big negative which although is not something permanent it may be very disturbing to the guests. We stay for a weekend and during one of the evenings the hotel's second floor hosted a wedding party, which in Greek terms was accompanied by very loud folklore music till very late at night. It is really annoying to return to your room for some rest and to have to put up with all that loud music. So I would suggest to future visitors, if they do not enjoy to try to sleep with loud music while they are not invited to wedding parties :-) to ask during reservation if there will be any party during their stay.

Hotel is approx 3Km out of the city of Kalamata in Ano Verga(footprint of mountain Taygetos) which provides you
an magnificent view.
The Hotel itself...
Rooms old fashioned but still on an acceptable range....(In any case not 4star)
Bathroom more or less ok some appliances should be changed (especially if damaged)
Refrigerator available but should also be de-iced sometimes during the season....
Nice Balconies and also a beautiful Swimmingpool....
Personnel very friendly and always very help-full.

What needs to be claimed and on a 4* Hotel this is a major issue it’s the Breakfast Buffet (very poor offer) including the place served....
Breakfast Buffet is in the level of a 2*Hotel.
Coffee out of regular available (Filter coffee and Frappe) are expensively charged.(charging Level of a top class cafeterias)
Personally I find this more then uncommon for Breakfast services in European and Greek Hotels.
Also to pointed out
Breakfast Room Personnel should invest a bit more time and attention in the cleaning (full of flies)
and last but not least....
Hotel is majorly a summer holiday destination where people goes to rest... so in case (like it happens) makes weddings with very loud Musik until early in the morning you can forget the sleeping for this night.

The suite is too expensive for what it is. The place with the two old fashioned single beds has a big window in the hotel corridor so u cannot open,everyone passing sees you. The wc in the master bedroom has no door. Very big terrace with perfect view, but no privacy from other rooms. The breakfast room is not that comfy, better to take breakfast in your room.Staff very kind and helpful in all places.
