It takes more than great design to make a great hotel. The hotel was lovely, super clean, wonderful beds, great linens, great shower too!!! The reason to celebrate this property, though is its front desk staff. Elena was just about the most accommodating and warm, helpful clerks I have encountered. No less competent was the friendly and sweet Victoria. Breakfast was great on the waterfront.. Servers (men) in the bar and Grand Cafe were either understaffed or under trained. But as a hotel owner with a life in service, I hope someone takes note of these fabulous ladies!
