Very nice swimming pool and terrace where you can take your breakfast which is Greek and excellent , of course there is other thing to eat (croissant, eggs…)
The staff as always with Greeks is simply wonderful and friendly. Great experience

Hotel is well located by walk you can reach the seaside where you will find gelataria , restaurant, bars…conversely if you want to go in the downtown you will have to take a car or taxi .More

Very nice boutique hotel in the city. Great staff, friendly service and modern rooms. Comfortable beds and very clean, with a contemporary design. We also requested laundry service which was fast and returned pressed and clean clothes within 8 hours. We were pleased with our choice!

The staff here were so kind and helpful, the food menu for lunch was delicious and the breakfast buffet was varied and more than sufficient. The hotel itself is kept sparkling clean and the rooms AC was good and we received an upgrade upon arrival because the hotel wasn't too busy when we visited. There was great care taken for implementing covid protection. It is in a good location, just a 5 min walk from the beachfront strip and a brief cycle to the city centre and old town which you can easily do on the bikes that the hotel has for free hire for the day. Would definitely visit again.

Visited the city for one night. Made my staying in Kalamata a pleasant experience mainly because of the extremely professional and kind front desk employees (if I remember well the name of the lady was Dimitra) the rest employees and of course the greeeeeeeeat cleaning conditions of the room.

A lovely clean modern hotel. Very friendly staff, lovely comfy superking size bed and a very good shower in a well appointed clean room. About 5 minutes walk from the sea front in Kalamata where most of the Tavernas and restaurants are. We’d defiantly stay here again when visiting the area. Breakfast was include in the pool side restaurant which was great.

The main entrance of the hotel is located on a busy road so it is not really possible to go out here with luggages. You have to go to the back where the hotel parking is located and then go through the garden and the restaurant with the luggages which is not very convenient. In a 5 star hotel, I also expect to have my luggage being taking care of.. which was not the case.
The garden, pool, restaurant, and common areas are all very modern and beautiful. However, we were disappointed with the room. We had a Superior Double Room (for 4 adults). It was in adequation with the pictures but these last ones are a bit misleading. We felt cramped in the room and the decoration was just not in adequation with what we saw in the common areas. The finishings were not on point. The worst part was the cleanliness. Hairs in the bathroom, dirt on the balcony... During a pandemic, the cleanliness should really be perfect, especially for a 5 stars hotel!
Breakfast was good. Lots of choices. Shame that fresh juice is extra.
From a general point of view, the hotel is alright but it has one or two stars too many.

Thank you for your detailed review. The main entrance of the hotel is located about 7 metres away from the main road and has a wide short time parking area for the guests in order to check in and check out with their luggages. Our hotel is a boutique hotel and all the decoration on our rooms is different to one another . Also we would like to notify you that we will doour best in order to improve our cleaning process and breakfast procedure.
