Came with Inghams package, hotel is vast in a banana-shaped configuration. Decor is typical dark Scandinavian colours and low lighting. Pool complex is large and best for families. Pool area is old fashioned, but kept scrupulously clean. Be aware that you are not allowed swimwear in the single sex saunas or the mixed steam room, you can wear a towel though. Food choice a bit limited, but tasty and well presented. Limited vegan choices. Main Restaurant Revontuli can feel a bit impersonal, due to size and the numbers they cater for. We didn’t eat at Rakka restaurant, which is fine dining. Beds comfortable and rooms large with all you need including a kettle and tea/coffee sachets which is a nice touch.

Holiday Club Saariselka was located in the center, near a big supermarket, good location. Cleanliness was a plus factor. The staff was awful, snooty and inconsiderate. Nobody understood English when majority of customers were English-speaking. The Hotel should have provided for transport to respective units. This Hotel had very poor customer service. We had to walk in freezing temperature, carrying our baggages, and searched for our units with no help from the hotel staff.

Me and my partner stayed at the Hotel club Saariselkä for 4 nights this January:
The staff in the hotel where very helpful. Have a shop that opens 24 hours in the reception, was a great convenience. The restaurant was responsible and the food was good. Having the bus to the airport and the slopes just outside was great.
Thanks to all for our stay and we will see you soon.

Room tip: The newer rooms have underfloor central heating

Not good. Bed uncomfortable. Couldn't watch tv. No telephone for an emergency. We had no cell phone. No assistance getting our luggage through the snow to our room. Thought is was pricey to swim at the club (20 euros for two hours).

We didn't stay here at the Holiday Club but I did book their Lapland Hot Stone Massage for myself and my husband.
After having a look at their Spa treatments online, I emailed and booked via email.
Their customer service was excellent, booking was very straight forward with Maria!
We both really enjoyed our excellent massages, the perfect mid week treat after a few days skiing and snowmobiling!
The spa area is really nice, super clean and lovely and cozy. All the ladies were very friendly and looked after us really well. My Husband is a recent convert to massages and loved the hot stones!
The spa area is really easy to find from the main reception, which has a big area for groups waiting for tours, the bar does a great hot chocolate!
