Close to motorways and ferry terminal and right next to The Roal Quays shopping outlet.
Staff were extremley friendly and knowledgeable. I booked a family room for £57 and would have probably gotten it cheaper if I'd booked it a bit earlier. I paid £7.99 for a "full English Breakfast" and it was worth every penny as I got 2 kids breakfasts free. My kids certainly ate well that morning!!! You do need to walk over to the pub for the breakfast/evening meal but that was no hardship. The staff in there were lovely. The place was nipping clean with plenty of staff ensuring the tables were contantly kept clean.
The room itself was clean although there were no little freeby shower gels, it was made up with an imperial leather wall mounted shower gel dispenser which was full and the kids loved using it!! Thankfully I had a double bed to myself so used the other pillow as one wasn't really enough. however do not let that put you off in any way as I'm sure if you asked at reception they'd send you up some others, so good that they were and they do have a goodnight guarantee so if anything isn't to your liking they will rectify it or you dont pay.
Cant say thats bad eh??
I would say though to book early as I found out it was completly booked up on the Friday night I stayed there.
