This hotel is absolutely wonderful. Everyone working here is friendly and all go out of their way to help with advice, any questions or problems. We had quite a long stay of 2 weeks and found the Corfus hotel really comfortable. Pool area is so peaceful and a great change from the beach when you want to get away from the noise and crowds. Ornos is a bit small for such a long stay so fortunately Mykonos Town is a 5 min bus ride and the stop a short walk from the hotel. The rooms are cleaned everyday with a change of towels so we could not ask for more. It was a shame a week of our holiday was accompanied by relentless high winds with lower than normal temperatures for September which made sitting anywhere outside uncomfortable. Thankfully the Corfus Hotel made this much more bearable.

The hotel offers simple but well decorated & clean rooms & apartments arranged around an immaculate swimming pool, with great little bar & snackbar facilities; if a little expensive. The family running the hotel were most welcoming, and so helpful when it came to retrieving our baggage which was lost for 2-3 days by the Airline. Nearby Mykonos Town has some wonderful boutique & specialist shops. We found Ornos Beach too busy & noisy, and terrible Drum Machine music unfortunately seems to pervade much of the island. The week we there, the island also seemed to suffer from a steady breeze, a little like Fuerteventura, but not sure this is typical?

Room tip: The first floor rooms may be a little quieter.

It seems like they have won the award of excellence for the past 3 years but I think the hotel is far from any award. For $200 a night we got a small room with a small window that was partly blocked by the staircase and the shower curtains had a bunch of stains on it. Wr adked for double bed but apparently most of the rooms had twin beds. After we complained to the reception they were kind enough to change our room to a suite. Bigger necessary does not mean better, this two story suite had one lousy air conditioner on the second floor that did not cool the room at all , the showers would not drain properly and the curtains were still dirty. Bed sheets and pillow cases were changed every 3 days . You were given new pool towels every 3days which would be okay if the pool water was not salty. No shampoo or shower gel and no shower head holder. I have been travelling in greece for 26 days and this was the most expensive and the worst hotel. We also stayed in Dorion hotel in Ornos and it was much better and cheaper than Corfos hotel.

Absolutely relaxing, the staff was always ready to accomplish your needs, the coach paid attention to all the different request we had and proposed a lot of nice activities, the location is perfect to visit the entire island! Beautiful hotel, best location, run by very nice people. We were immediately gobsmacked when arriving at the hotel that it looked exactly as the pictures are. The location is perfect as it is less than a 10 minute drive to Mykonos town and a 3-4 minute walk to the picturesque Ornos beach. We stayed for a week and hired a quad bike which allowed us to travel all around the different beaches of the island with ease at a maximum travelling time of 20 mins. The breakfast never failed to please us in the morning and the poolside was beautiful. We were given a very clean room with excellent views of the pool from the balcony and the sea from our front door. On one of the days, we wanted to take a last minute boat trip and the lady at the desk was very helpful in arranging it very last minute. A particular highlight for me was when I had a nap in the sun on the very nice sun beds and woke up to a kitten asleep on my legs. I made a very special bond with this cat and would love to go back and visit again, not only for the cat but for the hotel itself too. All in all, Mykonos is a beautiful place and I will be definitely revisiting in the future. I highly recommend this hotel as it made my Mykonos experience all the better.
