The best street food in Italy! The guys are doing amazing job with putting all the soul in this business. The quality of food is exellent and it is very very cheap (5 euro per burger, in any other place I would pay at least 10 euro for less quality). Cannot wait to return again.
By the way, I would definetely reccomend to take burger with gorgonzola and caramelized onion!!! Never ate something more tasty!!!

Visited this little gem last week and what an experience! Very friendly staff and a vast selection of meals for all types of people. Authentic tuscan food that will leave you wanting more. If you've never tried lampredotto i would strongly recommend to start with that.

While this started as an excellent sandwich truck, very much in the vein of 'Chef' (the movie - a must see), it has developed into a truly gourmet experience. For all intents
and purposes it is a restaurant which is simply missing a roof and 4 walls.

The menu abounds with every delicacy one can find under the Tuscan Sun:
Pastas (handmade), burgers, (which will give a run for its money to the legendary burger joints in the US and elsewhere and most certainly to the medieval and austere sandwich places which populate the first spots of Florence's tripadvisor page) as well as the daily specials like wood fired porchetta, a variety of slow food stews and classic grilled sandwiches (to please both carnivores and vegans) are intertwined with fresh salad plates, grilled vegetables and a variety of high end condiments (grilled peppers, eggplants, mushrooms, etc.) all served with a copious list of wines from every region of Italy (both red and sparkling -- special attention to the 'Solco', a high end naturally fermented Lambrusco - no headache here) or a half dozen varieties of artisan beers.

Try the 'scottona' - a tartar grade hamburger with buffalo mozzarella, rucola and tomato or with the classic cheddar, salad, grilled pumpkin seeds and new olive oil. Another sandwich worth noticing is their Pollo in Carozza (named after the legendary 'mozzarella in carrozza'): two Milanese of non GMO freshly ground chicken with melted Buffalo mozzarella between them and finished with a light curry mayonnaise. Their 'KM 0' (the adage for totally local / 0 carbon footprint) lean pork sausages round off my top three favorites. The menu list adorning the walls of their newly delivered trailer kitchen will make your head spin. If meat is not for you that day, try the potato ravioli, butter and sage which will melt in your mouth.

Coffee is on the house .... and stay away from that hit of grappa along side it... or you might very well spend the rest of the afternoon chatting with the endless flow of customers which visit it throughout the day.

Buon apetito!
