This restaurant is out of the way unless you are staying at Agriturismo Fattoria Lavacchio or somewhere nearby but well worth seeking it out. The menu is extensive and uses local produce. The staff are friendly and efficient and happy to recommend wines or desserts. The tagliatelle with rabbit ragout was delicious as was the steak with truffles and the desserts were wonderful. On another night, the wild boar stew with olives was superb. The setting is lovely and you often meet up with other guests of the Agriturismo so there can be some lovely conversations as well. The extensive views over the countryside are lovely and you can see the lights of Florence come on as it gets dark. Overall a great experience.
