Nice hotels rooms were spotless pool area was great plenty of sun beds. Breakfast was ok if you came down early but it was a great location 4 minutes to wonderful beach and 5 minutes into the small town with excellent choices of restaurants. Stayed here for 5 days and enjoyed every minute can't wait to return.

Nice room, good price, nice pool - all you could want.... except it wasn't. The service was quite impersonal and we often felt as though we were a bit of an inconvenience to the staff. This was especially the case at breakfast - we got down at least 40 minutes before the end of service but the staff were busy clearing everything up - very noisily. They were back and forth across where the buffet was and it seemed that their job was more important than you. It really didn't encourage you to linger over breakfast - perhaps that was their intent. Whislt we were by the pool the day before a young man hosed the outside restaurant area down and the water came flooding onto the sun terrace and forced us to move our bags etc. We've stayed in several hotels in Zahara now and this doesn't come near the top of our list.

Room tip: Ask for one with a pool view

We just found it and loving it, spotless rooms, pool, restaurant, hall, nice breakfastbufett with cold cuts, jams, choices of breads and sweets, very helpfull frontdesk , always the extra mile, very fast service, very friendly waiters, nothing is to much, the restaurant is spottless, no corners cut, the rooms are spotless, everthing is working, I would say it is 4 star , lunch was very good, too, the whole menu full of choices, the menu del dia very nice, we love this hotel and can really recommend it, if you go to zahara, area, please stay there!on top I would say the new generation of hoteliers from Spain, viva espana!

Stayed here for two nights in a suite as being July and with no reservation that was all that was available so we weren't lacking for space. Also, we had our own sunbeds in what was nearly our own private garden area so no complaints there. Staff were very pleasant, the pool area was excellent, plenty of sunbeds and very clean. Breakfast not very exciting, lunch poolside was lovely but unfortunately nobody seems to stay in for dinner so we went to the excellent Pradillo and the Antonio restaurant and not forgetting Gaspers which was really good.. I would call it a very good 3* hotel in a great location within walking distance of restaurants, beach etc.

Room tip: Not sure as they only had a suite left when we arrived with no reservation.

This doesn't pretend to be a 5* hotel - if you are looking for luxury, look again. But this is a fantastic, great value family orientated hotel. It occupies a great location close to town and the beach. Everything works, the staff are very helpful and everything is very clean and efficient. The maids do a fantastic job every day! Have stayed here 3 times - looking forward to returning again soon as love Zahara and this hotel. Thanks.
