If you like doing something different on your next Paris visit I suggest you take a trip to Ile des impressionist, is tranquil and you can explore the surroundings after a lovely lunch in this historic place, you can certainly feel the history of the place, from the decor, simplicity, the menu is not to big but has a variety of 3choices but still delicious. If you are an art lover then defiantly must visit you will appreciate the beauty surrounding the restaurant, will enjoy the art museum (dont expect to much, is quite small) Overall a great afternoon away from the noise of the City!

What a grand experience. My friend Ron Klein and I went to see where Renoir painted his famous painting, "Luncheon of the Boating Party", which is the jewel of The Phillips Gallery, on Dupont Circle in Washington D.C. What a day and all the people were great to us, even including us in the picture when 2 of the "players" did not show. The gift shop and museum is great and the people there a wealth of information.

You can stroll by the Seine river. You can sit in a riverside cafe, or eat in an historic restaurant. You can visit an impressionist museum. You can play golf, go to the fair, etc.

Simply speaking, it's a great place for a relaxing day out.
