What a fabulous place to stay, so clean , serivice was excellent, could not be fault, sam and clinton would defo come again and stay, best weekend of the year so far, the scenery is lovely around this place also ,

I got better looked after in this house than I have in some 5star hotels I’ve stayed in. From the second we arrived we were made feel so welcome. We were going to a wedding in Lough Rynn and it was the ideal place to stay. Martina dropped us up to the hotel (after giving us a fabulous welcome with tea & coffee and cakes). The breakfast was gorgeous, every little detail was just perfect. Wouldn’t have minded staying on a few more nights here!!! Definitely the best guesthouse I’ve ever stayed in.
As a group of friends on a painting holiday it was the perfect location, with wonderful views close to the house. The welcome and hospitality from Martina helped us all feel we were in our own home. The breakfast was great, we all chose something different but it did not phase our hostess at all. The house was delightful to be around with beautiful ornaments and paintings and relaxing places especially the conservatory with a view over the lake. There was an abundance of walks and close to the hotel for a visit. All our needs were looked after and nothing was too much trouble for our hostess. When the weather was dull one day, we were accommodated in the house and had a good day painting. Excellent facilities for a group to paint.
Just back from an art group holiday at this B&B and it was brilliant. The location is great for lovely walks and a few minutes from the castle.The lady who owns it Martina is amazing .She is so welcoming .She is a great cook and makes beautiful bread muffins scones banana bread and she spoilt us with food .The breakfast is better than a top class hotel al freshly cooked with tons of fruits of sort to eat .We had all day access to lovely rooms and conservatory overlooking a great view of the lake.Our rooms were great .If you like your meals on the best of china with pretty tea pots and cups with cloth tablecloths and napkins you will love it here . There is a lovely sun deck with sunchairs and Martina brings you out coffee and cakes outside .I've never stayed in a B& B before that made me feel so at home and comfortable one day it was wet so we all did our paintings in the conservatory.
We enjoyed a great welcome and fantastic hospitality in Lough Rynn Country House B&B on our plein air watercolour painting holiday. Perfect location to paint outdoors and indoors in beautiful surroundings
My friends and I stayed with Martina for one night while attending a wedding at Lough Rinn Castle. Before our arrival Martina accomodated us by adding an extra bed to a room when I no longer needed a double room. We were greeted with freshly brewed coffee and home baked muffins on arrival in the beautiful conservatory area with views of the lake. Our room was comfortable and well stocked with shower gels and other toiletries. The star of the show was the breakfast the next morning. A wide selection of fruit, yoghurts, full Irish breakfast, salmon and eggs etc. with delicious fresh juice and homemade breakfast muffins and brown soda bread. We were particularly impressed with Martina's efforts to accommodate some of our party who are wheat and dairy intolerant. She specially purchased alternative options to accommodate us.
