Great beach, close to the subway station (it means you don't have to buy the tickets for the train to get there). Not as crownded as Barcelonetta and others, very clean. The streets nearby are very pretty, with palms and stuff, we had a really great time there. But be careful - apperently jellyfish are common here exactly on this beach.

Bad alone beach was fantastic mainly for the fact it had a lot less people than The main beach in Barcelona. It was aimed more at local people than tourists so you can get a real feel of the area. The waves at the beach are fairly big and has a strong undercurrent so I would recommend being careful closer to the shore. The aspect that let the beach down is the amount of rubbish in the sea. There were lollipop sticks, loads of wet wipes, and pieces of plastic or plastic bags in the sea that you can't see from the actual beach until you get into the water.

The whole family spent time swimming and snorkelling here. We also paddle boarded, which was great. Beach was cleaned every morning, no dogs allowed on. Showers useful
