We had our wedding reception in the Bellbridge House Hotel and we cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and all the staff. From the very first viewing of the hotel John was so helpful. He kept us informed throughout the whole planning and made things very easy in the run up to the day. He gave us a total review of how the day would run and it was exactly as he had described.
Everyone was amazed by the food and said it was some of the nicest meals they have ever had at a wedding.
Mary was amazing both before, by introducing herself prior and getting to know us, and during the wedding day itself. She couldn't have done more for us.

You certainly gave us a wedding day that we will never forget and for that we are so thankful.

Courteous staff and the restaurant was nice. After that, it’s all downhill. The rooms need an update and beds should be replaced. Like sleeping in a taco. Carpet in room was stained as were bed linens. Paper thins walls, loud guests, and the pub crowd coming in at 4:00 am and stomping in room above me made for a fitful night of little sleep. No view, except of parking lot from first floor room. If you have a choice, choose a different place to stay. Sadly, this one does not give you the feeling of the Wild Atlantic Way. In short, friendly staff, decent food, sad tired rooms. Glad we were for only one night. So disappointed in our stay.

We had our wedding at the hotel and the day was amazing. John was excellent ensured that we knew exactly what to expect at every stage of the wedding. The food was so lovely and many guests advised it was the best food they had every had at a wedding. The wedding was very family focused with many small children and John worked with us to ensure they were comfortable and entertained at all times. The rooms were spacious and spotless and the breakfast was also lovely.
As a wedding venue I cannot recommend the hotel and John highly enough, nothing was left to chance and it all ran so smoothly and stress free for us on the day and over the weekend. Thank you to John and Mary and all the staff at the Bellbridge hotel for a fantastic weekend.
