If you are in Macau you will sure walk up to this place. Try to select a day with good sunshine to be able to create nice pictures. Try all local food as many as you can.
If you go weekdays, having less people, if you don’t like crowd.

The Ruins stood tall and sturdy despite having only the frontage left. The ruins is synonymous with Macau. Magnificent night view with the right amount of light that brought out the beauty of this heritage.

A must see. One of the amazing historical sites of Macau and the 68 steps with the cobblestone streets. Very special.

This would be the most famous landmark in Macau, we took a bus from the ferry terminal to the senado square and walk to this place. This place is just a ruin and left only the front facade and there is some artifacts in the basement as exhibition for people to see. The place is crowded even on a Friday when we visited, but overall the experience is good. Taken many nice photos and highly recommended to visit during your Macau visit.

Too crowded to go on a Saturday afternoon. If you want a photo opp, be prepared to jostle with the many local & mainland tourists. And watch for your bags. The nice thing about the area is the food street in front of the church wall with many things to try & taste - from pork/beef/chicken jerky to fishballs, durian ice cream, almond pastries & cookies, and other delectables.
