Description: Banyan Tree Macau’s signature restaurant Belon, named after Brittany’s famous oyster delicacy, is located on the 31st floor and affords breathtaking panoramic views over Cotai and neighboring Hengqin Island. The multi- award winning restaurant is designed to evoke an aquatic environment with the luxuriously immersive experience beginning from the moment of arrival. Belon offers a wide range of premium seafood and grill, with specialties prepared table side for an interactive dining experience, as well as a selection of quality wines hand-picked by our resident sommelier, while the oyster bar is a great place to enjoy a selection of the finest oysters with a refreshing glass of champagne.

If you are in a hunt of good tasting cocktails, Belon is a place to be. Their bar tender Allan and Oliver knows their stuff. Best tasting Singapore Sling and Pina Colada at this place. I will never think twice coming to this place again.

We stayed at Banyan tree Macau and reception strongly recommended to eat at Belon on top floor. knowing i crazy like oysters, so we went to Belon asked to have some champagne and oysters. The manager said if we only want to have oysters we can only sit at bar not in the restaurant. But the bar is super bright lighting very uncomfortable. So we promised we will order something else to let us sit at restaurant which was almost empty only one table. we order a seafood plate additional to oysters and had few glasses of champagne. The meal is not bad but overall experience is too cold.

The restaurant has a good ambience. While the dining area is big, once you sit down it feels like you are in a private dining room, it's very intimate, with a good view of the cityscape.
The waiters were kind, attentive and professional, as you would expect from a restaurant of this kind.
We tried the Belon signature set menu and it was ok. The amuse bouche was fine, the seafood selection was very good, but we found the main course a bit lacking in taste, the meat was tasty but lacking a bit of salt (the best part was the foie gras, so good!), the lobster Thermidor was not so good - too sweet for our taste. The desert lacked in pizzazz and the coffee was passable. However, the wine selection was very good, plenty to choose from - we had the Nieport white wine, from the Douro region in Portugal, and it was good (as all Portuguese wines are).
All in all it was ok - we were expecting more of a restaurant of this nature -, but the staff and the ambience made up for the underwhelming food experience.

The restaurant was very spacious. Tables were not so close to each other. So we did enjoy a private and quiet brunch. Service was excellent. Oysters, lobster, shrimps were great. The only thing which was disappointing was they changed the champagne from Moet to another brand.

We showed up around 6:30 and had to leave by 7:30 to make a show. Den, our incredible host, made sure we got the full Belon experience within the hour. Food, Service, Decor, Experience - all 10/10. Great place to celebrate a special occasion.
