Fabulous location, comfortable clean bungalow with lovely outlook; great facilities and food; friendly, helpful staff

We spent three nights at the resort and only wished we could have stayed longer. The location was perfect - quiet and beachfront. The facilities were superb, with a restaurant and relaxation area on the beach. The food was amazing - we ate there every night and most other meals too. Bicycles and snorkelling gear was available. Our bungalow overlooked the beach and the sound of the waves at night was blissful. The traditional style was perfect, yet it offered all amenities including a really comfortable bed and daybed on the verandah. Wifi was always available. What made our stay simply perfect though was the staff - they were welcoming and helpful - nothing was ever too much trouble and they organised everything that we requested efficiently and with a smile. We sure were sad to leave, but we will certainly come back for a longer stay as soon as we can. Thank you Desa Dunia Beda for the most peaceful and relaxing holiday we can remember!

Room tip: Get a beachfront bungalow

Amazing hotel - such a gem!

We stayed for 2 nights at Desa Dunia Beda and wished we could have extended our stay.
During my years in Indonesia, I've rarely encountered a hotel that was so on point. From super friendly and competent staff to perfectly cleaned rooms with all amenities you could possibly need. Comfy bed, water kettle, extra blanket, pool towels, umbrellas, ...
It was super quiet and we got good sleep.

* We did not eat there or had breakfast, so can't review the Resto
* We did not use the pool cause it seemed to have an issue with the Jets but the ocean out front was much more inviting anyways :)

Can't wait to come back only to spend a few more nights here to unwind and relax

Excellent

Comfortable and beautiful bungalows are located in quiet part of Gili T. We watched sea level from our bed :) Very friendly staff who help whenever you need. Great food and service. Bicycles are available in the resort.

Not to return

Pros: Location - situated far from the main island attractions, it provides a tranquil atmosphere. Wifi, although not always working around reception and beach restaurant.

Cons:
The beach is rocky, whilst entering in the sea proves to be a real challenge due to the rocky sea bottom (50 metres +).

Staff does not give you the warm welcome feeling specific to the balinese people.
Food is expensive, the hotel management is taking advantage of the remote location. Yet, the surrounding accomodarions are offering similar menu on a friendlier price.

The room - i kindly ask the hotel management to sleep one night in one of the bungalows - you can imagine it acting as a surround system, where all the outside noise is being amplified indoor 10 times. Even if it is not raining you always get the feeling that a real storm is happening outside. Also, during heavy rains you could expect some flooding inside the bungalow and some water dripping from the ceiling.

Harbour transfer, where i have been charged double vs listed prices for arranging a horse carriage transfer both ways.

As we were 2 adults and one child, we have charged aditionsl money for extra bed - actually, a mattress put directly on the floor.

AMAZING LOCATION

Stayed here for 4 days, and it was simply AMAZING!!!
No noice from the bars at Gili T, as these are placed on the "other side" of the island.
The rooms, service and food are spotless, and i would love to come back some day

Room tip: Choose the beachfront rooms - SO NICE !!!
