Great location and very helpful staff. I arrived early and (without me asking) they allocated a different room to me so i could go to the room. Very comfortable room, bed, public areas etc. Breakfast was very good and relaxed too. Please ignore negative comments and try this hotel, genuinely well worth a stay. 10 out of 10!

Staff were rude, tried to charge for breakfast we did not have and then added a check out fee to the bill. Not a great way to treat guests . The location was good although the area was run down with a few dubious bars around.

We stayed here for only one evening as our flight landed early evening and it was close enough to walk to a restaurant we had booked into that evening.
4 star hotel but sadly has no ironing board or iron in any of the rooms. The hotel will take your clothing and iron it but a wait of 30-45 mins. Also last year when they ironed something of mine it came back with all white marks all over it which is unacceptable.
Rooms are spacious so no issues there.
But when we returned in the early hours my air con would barely work in my room it was like a Luke warm breeze. Think Manuel had been farting through the air vent rather than turning the air con on.
I ended up in a big row with the night porter who said it was working fine which was a blatant lie.

All in all a bad experience when returning here and for 250 Euros a night approx I expect better. Will not be returning

The Royal Plaza in Ibiza has a promising name, but a simple "Plaza" would have done it as well. The location is quite central, the rooms clean and the service professional and courteous so basic boxes are definitely ticked off. As for everything else that makes a hotel memorable and worth 250 EUR per night there's not much to see. The interior is somewhat outdated and ripe for a face-light and additional services such as airport transfers, or other gimmicks not existing. It is a definitely ok stay, not more - not less. Don't expect too much out of your stay here. Late check-in and early check-out also not the greatest

Husband, son and I were in Ibiza for a couple of days celebrating husband’s birthday. Chose the Royal Plaza for its location and facilities. It is in a quiet street, a short stroll from the old part of town and Dalt Vila. The family room was a good size and, although the decor is a little dated, everywhere is very clean and well maintained. The roof top terrace with bar and pool was very welcome after a few hours out and about exploring in the heat! We only had one breakfast in the hotel, which was good if a little overpriced. If you’ve not bought breakfast as part of your booking, then head to Nude cafe which is a short walk away for a delicious and healthy range of options at very reasonable prices and possibly the best coffee in town!
