We stay there last week of May, it was a very good experience from the arrival with Andrea warming welcome to the check out with the very good breakfast .This family place is ideal to visit Lake Maggiore because is very well located close to the ferry and the hotel is very nice, the service excellent and the food very good . We had breakfast and dinner , very good experiences.

We stayed at Il Sole Di Ranco whilst visiting Lombardia for a friend’s birthday. Andreaa greeted us on arrival and made us feel at home in this cosy hotel! Our room was very comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and there is a sauna, steam room and wonderful outdoor pool available at the hotel. There is a large outdoor terrace, which is no doubt packed during the summer months and we enjoyed the beautiful view of Lago Maggiore from here. The hotel is very welcoming and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfasts in the morning were exceptional, with a delicious array of savoury and sweet foods - it’s one of the nicest breakfasts I have ever come across in a hotel! I’d highly recommend this hotel and hope we get to return during the summer time.
