Big french windows let in plenty of light and lead onto the garden area which overlooks the lake. There is an electrically-operated awning which provides cover to sit under and have a meal or else you stand by the railing and watch the ducks, swans and fish. A few steps further and you can enter the actual lake for a swim. On the opposite bank you can see Mandello del Lario which is home to the Moto Guzzi motorcycle museum.

Have just returned from a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday here. The highlight is undoubtedly the stunning view of the lake from the apartment, with a garden perfectly suited to eating outside and enjoying the weather. The flat is modern and well-equipped (although the oven advertised was in fact a microwave), and the king-sized bed is very comfortable. The neighbours seem to be in residence (if at all) at weekends, so for us the majority of our stay was in total peace and quiet. Bellagio is a short drive away; walking is possible but difficult to imagine a week here without a car. Anita is a helpful host with excellent English, and everything was easy from check-in to check-out. Any minor quibbles about the rental are overwhelmed by the incredible location, reasonable price, and breathtaking view of the lake.

This rental had a most beautiful view from either sitting in the lounge or from the garden. It is also very peaceful but the garden is shared with another appartment. Probably about 2 to 3 miles out of Bellagio which we did walk once but its a bit dodgy on the roads. Close to Bellagio there is free parking which we did discover just by walking in but you do need a car if you want to stay here. It's a very modern appartment and very comfortable so I would recommend this rental. Anita Peddon is very helpful as well. Once you are in Bellagio you will fall in love with it and it's easy to get boats to take you to other villages along the lake.

Astonishing view to the lake. Anita is a wonderful host, very polite a fluent english speaker and she has done her best to furnish and decorate the house. The residence is luxury and modern furnished, very clean and just 5 minutes from Bellagio. Even a private beach for a swim in the lake is provided. Everything you need for your accommodation and cooking is provided. You will fall in love with this residence and especially the view from the private garden. Having dinner on the balcony makes you feel that you are in a paradise. I do not recommend this property for those who want to explore the Como lake, because they will stick in this excellent house.
