I spent a week here in September 2018 with three of my friends. We had a half board package. All in all we enjoyed the food. As other reviewers have already said, the coffee machine is not suitable for a full dining room in the morning. And no fresh juice! The main courses at dinner were very good but don't ask for fresh fruit as a dessert! Very boring to get a slice of watermelon for dessert. Our room with lake view on the third floor was lovely. Only thing was no wardrobe. Just open hanging rail. (We got used to it). The outside pool area is very inviting but water too cold for us. However the indoor spa and pool are gorgeous. We found all the staff very friendly and helpful. Portese and San Felice are both within 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Very quiet villages. We did not have a car so did spend a lot of time walking. We took a ferry to Lazize and Sirimione one day and found the crowds very intrusive. And we also took a tour to Isla Del Garda which was lovely. This was a very relaxing week for all of us.

Just returned after staying at this wonderful hotel just outside the village of Portese. Friendly staff upon arrival and throughout our stay. Well kept superior room on the 3rd floor and very well furnished. Nice view of the vineyards from our balcony and the nearby church made a great alarm clock when the bells begin at 7am!(Lol) Breakfast was a buffet type affair and a good spread to satisfy everyone. The cook breakfast could be warmer and the toaster needs an upgrade! Very slow! The pool area was great to relax during the day and the garden area in the evening. The Underground car park was extra, and €5 a day, though I saw other residents park up in a vineyard opposite the hotel. We did do the hot tub jacuzzi prestige, but with 32oC water temperature & 37oC weather, just too hot!! Overran great hotel with limited public transport nearby, so a car a must to explore the Lake Garda region & beyond!

Stayed for a week. Quiet as start of season but all staff so helpful. Lovely pools both indoor and outdoor. Enjoyed a pre dinner cocktail or two. Spa really enjoyable. Fabulous view from the private spa

We spent a week at this hotel in May 2018, staying as part of a package holiday on a half board basis. The hotel is situated in a very picturesque, peaceful location. Our room was modern and well equipped with a nice balcony and lovely views. The breakfast was fairly good (although the coffee machine wasn't great and the juices not fresh). The evening meals were poor - we were presented with the same menu every night and there was only one vegetarian main meal option. We ended up eating out most nights - there are far better options in the nearby towns. We also found the service quite unfriendly at times, bordering on rude at the reception desk on a few occasions.
All in all this hotel could be lovely with a few changes.

Great hotel. Very modern hotel with great pool, rooftop Jacuzzi's, and SPA. Super staff with great service. Plenty of parking in the underground parking garage. Great little play yard for younger kids with playground. Beautiful views from the Balconies of the rooms as well as the roof top Patio. Also a great Restaurant, Bar, and a top notch Breakfast.
