We had a wonderful night in ashford castle. When we arrived, Frank gave us a tour of the castle and lead us to the cocktail bar where the staff and patrons were very friendly. We crossed to The Cottage for an amazing meal. The ribeye was to die for,indeed a gentleman next to us from NY said it was the best steak he ever had! The fresh seafood platter was a feast for eyes. Chef Emile from Brittany and her team were wonderful and made everyone feel so welcome and at home. Would highly recommend.
