You will not be disappointed with the 5* luxurious hotel. Everything is outstanding, the staff are fabulous, nothing is to much for anyone. Food choices good, shows very professional, rooms clean (we only had basic room which was fine)
Overall a very happy, beautiful holiday

We have just arrived back from this hotel, we went with another family and both families had an amazing time, the food was excellent, service was fantastic and the overall hotel ameneties/entertainment was brilliant, we loved our stay and would highly recommend this hotel, thank you to all the staff that made this a memorable stay for both families

This hotel is definitely a 5* it's just fab and for people like myself who have mobility issues it's got lots of great facilities and is a fabulous hotel in a great resort the food and drinks are very nice international drinks mini bar in the rooms rooms are fab an great entertainment every day and nite x

We have recently returned from an amazing holiday at this fantastic hotel.
The outstanding service started even before we arrived as our travel company who we booked with weren’t very good at communicating. I decided to go direct to the hotel and Gülay Odabaşi a reservation agent was exceptionally helpful.
This kind lady delt with my room questions and queries with ease and profession as travelling with small children and making sure you have amenities to cater for them can be worrying.
I was astonished at the fact Gülay was more efficient whilst in Turkey than the uk based company.
We can’t thank you enough.
Unfortunately on our second night our youngest was poorly and 2 days before coming home our eldest was too but the on site Doctors and staff were wonderful and had both boys better in no time.
Thank you.
The staff at the daytime restaurants couldn’t have been anymore welcoming and made not only us but our children feel special and very comfortable.
Eray Gün and Fatima Güven who also looked after us in the Chinese restaurant were outstanding and so good at their job.
As was Özer Gün who also made our seafood restaurant experiences very memorable.
These guys made every lunchtime very enjoyable.
The facilities are great and the entertainment is of a very high standard.
The rooms are very well maintained and cleaned. The whole hotel is spotless.
We had a panic on with printing our boarding passes to fly home but Agnes’s in customer relations was superb and took away our worries and within half an hour had our documents printed in an envelope.
Two weeks wasn’t enough for us and the staff Ive mentioned have made us want to return.
We are already looking forward to coming back.

Lovely reading all the fantastic reviews on here. We have just returned, you have read all the positives, here are a few things to maybe note. Check your room on arrival as all views differ, we was put in a room facing the next door hotels water slides...we paid for a sea view, we conplained and changed rooms. This is a busy hotel, peak times in the buffet restaurant is a NIGHTMARE! As is lunchtime in the outside 2 options. Sunbeds get blocked off from 6am! Yet most do not use them or turn up after lunch! The later evening Live Entertainment is hit and miss. The hotel needs a dedicated Adult only zone to relax and have a drink in the evening, we love kids, but it would be nice to have some space like the adult pool. The buffet food was mainly luke warm, some cushions for the sunbeds would be nice as the older beds you lie on the metal support. A hotel hourly shuttle bus to the town would be nice, albeit a cab onlu costs £3 one way to the small but lovely little village, a fake goods paradise. The staff and service was mainly excellent. The female rollar skating pool waitress's were brilliant and worked hard, Agnes the hostess was lovely, as was Melaina in the pool coffee and cake area. AL A CARTE, Chinese was lovely, Italian was only average, if eating outside its hot, hotel require outside fans put up like most other eating areas, and staff dressed to reflect the dining culture. You can read all the amazing reviews on here, I concur with 90%. But we all have various tick boxes and expectations, based on expectations levels, experiences etc, Yes we may return again to the Hilton if they sort out the apalling Dalaman Airport departures nightmare out, and the hotel experience retains and improves its standards. We are not nit picking, nor complainers, but it gets a 4 star from us.
