We chose this nice little place a week before when driving to Covadonga. This is a 4 star hotel which claims to have air conditioning. Well, they do not have it. Instead they have some sort of cooling in the floor. This you can not notice at all. We opened the window in stead. Luckily it was not that hot. Breakfast was a decent one with enough choices. The extremely sweet smell in the reception and corridors at arrival luckily disappeared during the night.

Stopped here for two nights while travelling around the picos area. Staff very welcoming and helpful . The car park is s a real bonus as trying to find a space in the town is almost impossible. The walk into town is just 5 mins. Rooms were spacious and the shower very powerful. Very quiet at night unlike most hotels in town.
Breakfast was served In the lobby and was plentiful a bargain for €6 .
The main reception area was stylish and comfortable.
Thankyou for a great stay

I stayed here with a few friends on a motorcycle trip, not booked in advance, literally just an overnight stay. No air conditioning in the rooms doesn't help when outside its in the high 20s and curtains in the room that do not stay closed does nothing to keep the heat out. However, we are advised the rooms have under floor cooling, what a load of rubbish!! The hotel is actually a nice looking building and the staff are very pleasant, but breakfast is not at all good, it's a real shame because the hotel could be so much better with a little investment, bearing in mind competition in Cangas de Onis is rife.

The hotel is just a little way out of the town, about a 10 minute walk. It has a plus of free parking. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and with a great shower/bathroom. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Very few people in the hotel when we stayed. We had a great one night stay, peaceful and relaxing and would certainly stay again.

In country Europe it is easy to have low expectations and just accept the accommodation for what it it, country accommodation .

This is a delightful boutique hotel situated a 5 minute walk from town past the roman bridge along the way.

The owner was extremely obliging and rooms are clean and well appointed.

Very comfortable and well worth seeking out.
