We couldn't have picked a better hotel for us to complement our wonderful stay on Mykonos. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like valued and special guests. The staff on reception are just simply charming and go out of their way to help in any way possible. Advice on places to eat, which side of island was windier, things to do and see. All offered with charming smiles and a warm "Kalimera" as you approach the desk. We enjoyed our holiday so much that leaving was quite a struggle for us both. We became friends with Dimi the pool bar manager. He is a lovely man with a great heart who makes everyone feel special. Most of our days spent around the pool meant a few visits to the bar to order food and drink. He was always pleased to see us and loved to chat. What an absolute gentleman, and a credit to the hotel for employing people like this.
There is so much good about this hotel that its hard to think of any negatives. Breakfast every day was outstanding. So much choice, hot food, cold food, local delicacies as well as international options. We never tired of eating breakfast at Vencia during our 10 day break. The views across the infinity pool - out to sea with the town spread out in between. Every morning offered a stunning view of the ocean often dotted with little boats and some of the big cruise ships which stop off at Mykonos for the day.
Sunsets that take your breath away. Why bother chasing down in to town to watch the sunset each night when you can enjoy it in luxury from your own personal balcony or around the pool with a cocktail. Breaktaking memories.
We will definitely be going back to Mykonos and we will most certainly be staying at the Vencia when we do. We have visited quite a few Greek island in recent years including Kefalonia, Santorini, Crete and Zante which are all lovely, but nothing is quite like Mykonos. I don't often get quite so excited and motivated about hotels in general, wherever we have travelled, but the Vencia makes you feel very lucky to be a guest there and very much part of their family. Couldn't fault it.

Room Tip: Room 122 had a lovely private balcony - but so did many others

We spent 4 nights at the end of season and had amazing weather and a lovely room overlooking the sea! The views from this location are spectacular to say the least.
The staff were just beautiful and Antonia in the restaurant is wonderful and looked after us giving us everything we needed to have our cups of hot tea in our room as there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms but that wasnt an issue with the service there- the breakfast was outstanding with fresh baked traditional greek milk cake warm every morning and all you could need to start the day, lovely fresh bread and juice also! We would return here for sure! The hotel closes for the off season and reopens for April to October. It has a beautiful infinity pool area also! It is clean and very welcoming!

We were lucky enough to stay at the Vencia Hotel for two magical nights. The staff, service, breakfast and accommodations were excellent. Everyone was so helpful.

The view from our room over the infinity pool and town was surreal. The pool and pool bar were amazing. The water was a bit cool but was reinvigorating. I hung on the edge and looked down to Mykonos' windmills.

To walk into town you must walk about 100 meters down a windy road and the navigate down stairs and narrow lanes into the city center. We enjoyed it. It was a small price to pay for the excellent view that the elevation affords. Their restaurant, Karavaki, was very good and we dined there on the patio both evenings and enjoyed the view, food, and wine.

We came to Mykonos to relax. We didn't come to party. If we are lucky enough to return we would absolutely stay at the Vencia Hotel.

An absolutely charming hotel with an intimate, lovely, relaxed atmosphere throughout. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel a few years ago and there was never any doubt where we would stay on our return to Mykonos and we’d have to say it was even better this time with the additions of a new restaurant and a poolside cocktail bar, both of which are excellent.

You will just never get tired of the stunning view over the gorgeous infinity pool down to Mykonos Town !

From the warm welcome on arrival from the lovely Eleanor, the service from start to finish, as it had also been on our previous visit, was truly outstanding. Reception just cannot do enough to help you whatever query you might have.

Mykonos Town itself is only a short walk down from the hotel and is lovely although, perhaps not too surprisingly, very expensive in parts. However, Nikos Taverna, in a lovely small square near the port, is great and extremely good value for Mykonos Town ! Around the island we could not recommend higher both Avli Thodori restaurant at Platys Gialos and Fokos Taverna at Fokos – simply outstanding by any standards and a must to visit.

We would like to thank all those involved in creating another special stay, especially Eleanor on reception, Mira and Angela in the restaurant (where we thoroughly enjoyed a lovely birthday meal), and Dimi, whose cocktails were great !

Extra special thanks also, once again, to Eleanor for helping us so much on our return to Mykonos for a few hours prior to our flight home after stays on Paros and Naxos.

Stayed in 2 nights. A very pretty boutique hotel with super great service. Staffs were super helpful from the airport pick up and welcoming with a detailed informations about the surrounding on the map while arranging for the check in. Big love to the sea view room which is above the kitchen where i was awake by the smell of the breakfast every morning. it was about 15min walking distance from the downtown but this hotel is simply wonderful.
