Just got back from a great holiday here, Martin and his team at the splash bar were all friendly and served great food, stayed at the bar for the quiz night and the entertainment show both of which were great fun.
The apartments were of a good size and clean just what we needed with a view over aqualand.
We never had a problem getting a sunbed and parasol but as the week went on people were getting up earlier and earlier to reserve a parasol by putting towels down next to them then coming back at 10 when the lifeguard opened the sunbeds, and some days we noticed people reserving sunbeds then disappearing all day.
The apartments are on a hill but if you get a key for the back gate the hill is not a problem.
The only disappointing thing I see was dog poo in a corridor that obviously belonged to someone staying at the apartments which was not very nice to see.
All in all we had a great stay and will defiantly be back.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff! Pool bar fantastic a big shout out to them for sorting our kids out with food on our last day, room was cleaned every day fresh bedding and towels floors brushed an mopped,we were burgled while we were there, our room was the 300? By the reception that was the only downfall, are room was on the road,so lesson learnt about that part of holiday, but this has not put us off coming again if we traveled to Tenerife!! Xx

Place was nice and clean and just a short walk to anywhere. Was advertised as self catering but feel this is untrue as the faculties available are limited to microwave, toaster and a coffee maker with no coffee! I felt let down by there being no hob or cooker, also fridge was so small and didn't get cold!!! I did ask for a bigger fridge but there was none available. The room decor however is amazing ( stayed in a new style pool view) .
All staff where friendly and polite.
Enjoyed the stay but a full size fridge freezer would of been fantastic to store drinks and ice lollys for the children.

We went as a big group of 14, sharing 5 apartments. Each apartment was at a good standard and consistent in terms of amenities (stove, microwave, cutleries etc). As a pointer, cleaners will only cover the bare minimum during your stay so try to keep it tidy for your own comfort! The pool and bar area were lovely: not too busy with lots of sun beds available (as a side note we went early July, so it may have been quieter than during school holidays). Good location: 20-minutes to Siam Park; 15-minute stroll to the beach, which is surrounded by a plethora of shops, restaurants and bars. The exact location of the accommodations on a steep uphill, however, avoid this by using the smaller back entrance instead of walking up to the main reception area.
