Just returned from a week's stay at Lanzarote Village. This was our second stay at this hotel. We are delighted to report that the standards at this hotel have stayed the same as they were last year and this time we took friends with us, who were also impressed. We met up with people we met whilst on holiday last year and we had a really good holiday. The food was of good quality and plenty of choice. Sometimes it could have been a little hotter but it was still quite edible. The rooms were still of the good high high standard and exceptionally clean. No problem getting a sunbed. We e-mailed the hotel prior to our arrival and requested rooms on ground level (no steps to climb) and this was was granted. The whole hotel is efficiently run and the staff are so friendly. Our friends were extremely happy with the hotel and having stayed in a 4 star last September in Tenerife we were all of the opinion that the Tenerife hotel did not come anywhere near the high standards of Lanzarote Village.
we enjoyed our stay so much that we will probably return again next year.

Room Tip: Ask for ground level rooms if you have difficulty climbing stairs.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 10 days in April/May 2011. We booked a late date deal on the Internet and stayed half board.

The hotel is nice. The location isn't excellent for all the bars/clubs but my boyfriend and I enjoyed the walk into town and it was quite nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The rooms were spacious and well decorated. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and in the evenings.

Most people in the hotel were staying there on an All Inclusive basis which meant that we got given free food/drinks a few times by the bar staff who assumed we were doing the same.

The entertainment programme was quite poor but my boyfriend and I rarely take part in the entertainment programmes on holiday anyway so this didn't bother us. Plus, we went into town most nights for drinks or to eat out. We went to a couple of very nice restaurants in town by the port.

The pool area was nice. I liked the fact that there was a glass wall around the pool which means you don't get splashed by the children bombing in the pool.

I used the sauna a couple of times which was also nice (it wasn't that hot whilst we were there).

Stayed here with my wife on january 2012, good looked-after hotel, nice garden and pool area, a bit cold water and jacuzzi.
Room was clean, modern and spacious, balcony, safe, small LCD tv, fridge, sea view very limited.
Food was definitively highlight, breakfast with fresh eggs fried in front of you and lots of fresh vegetable and fruit..
Lunch and dinner large buffet with good selection, fresh fish on grill, calamari, pasta, fresh salads and beatifull dressings!
Many people are on All Inclusive package good drinks service.
In general this hotel will be recomend for older crowd, its quiet and nothing really goin on...
I enjoyed my holiday and will recomend this hotel!

Loved our stay at this hotel, food excellent, always a good choice, hotel very clean, staff very polite and attentive. Only negative is night entertainment but even that is being picky. Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday staying at this hotel.

Room Tip: Ground floor rooms have huge balconys

We visited Lanzarote village in January as it was my Christmas present from my husband. When we arrived we had a friendly welcome and were told how to get to our rooms, the room was large and very clean, the bathroom / wet room was very spacious and again spotlessly clean also our balcony was the biggest we ever had, it could easily hold 20 people on it, I was very impressed.
There was entertainment every night from Spanish dancing to reptile shows a variety of entertaining shows that get the audience involved also, I was called up twice to participate.
The food was lovely everyday; there was a different theme of different country meal every night which was good so you didn't have to eat the same meal every night. All the staff from the cleaners to the bar staff were very friendly and helpful.
We went all-inclusive which I have to say is a must in this hotel, you get a large choice of drinks on all-inclusive from cocktails to baileys to sparkling wine and all the drinks were really strong. There was a pool bar also which serves snacks as well if you didn't fancy a proper lunch which served things from burgers to toasties. There was access to free table tennis and tennis in the day.
The supermarket was only a 2 minute walk from the hotel and a further few minutes walk from there the bars and strip started, there is miles of shops and bars and at one end of the strip there was a shopping centre with designer shops in. There are loads of great bars and shops on the strip. I couldn’t believe how clean Lanzarote was.
