I stay in these apts 3 times a year...feb..jun..sept..
As always a friendly welcome from marco...all staff are friendly and easy to speak to..
10 nites we stayed and our apt was cleaned 3 times ...
Weather wasnt great this visit...actually TERRIBLE to b honest...
** Great News **
The bar restaurant has new owners and just opened...great choice of food and drinks..
Also now has 3 screens showing live sports...saving u a walk down to the seafront to catch yer fav team play...staff are also very friendly owners are from The Gallion 2..
I cant wait to get back in june now the world cup being on, it should make for a great time...
I have recommended bitacora to friends and family...and all have enjoyed there visits...
Apts with aircon in the price...u have a €20 fee to pay for the controller..given back when u return it...
Wifi is €25 per week but free at the bar/restaurant...its also only available on one device at a time...
Safety deposit box is €18 ...€3 when u return the key..
Big selling point for me is Lidl a 5 min walk away along the backroad...saves u a fortune from the spar shops..

Room Tip: Best Rooms 206 - 216 although €5 per nite more expensive...but u get more sunlight

We stayed for a week and found it exactly what we wanted, the apartment was spacious and clean the beds we very comfy not a double but still good, the towels and sheets were changed every other day and the pool/surrounding areas were always spotless. Sadly the weather wasn't great during our stay so we didn't get to go in the pool as much as we wanted as it wasn't heated which wasn't such a big deal as in the hot weather it would have been refreshing. The only thing was the extra charges for everything such as blankets, aircon, safe and the Wifi which was overpriced per person for a week other than that it was close to everything and felt very safe.

We stayed here from 18th to 23rd of January, 8 of us stayed in 4 lovely clean apartments the pool area was also spotless .We were very lucky with the weather and spent our days sunbathing and swimming so we used the pool bar and restaurant for lunch sometimes and drinks , the food was nice and the drinks generous and not overpriced also the bar staff very friendly, I know it's not high season but it's a pity the bar didn't stay open a bit later it was closed by 6 most evenings we like a drink before we leave for the night out .The hotel is up a hill but it's not too bad , if in the area we would stay again and recommend to friends and family

We stayed at the bitacora Lanzarote club hotel from the 21st of july until the 2nd of august 2017, for being a two star hotel we thought it should of had a higher star rating we were in rooms 223/224 we found the rooms very spacious and there were 5 adults and two children aged 4 and they loved it well equied first time in a self catering holiday and we really enjoyed it we ate at the onsite restaurant for breakfast and some dinners ate out on a night time the hill was steep but we actually found a different way and it was flat and took you out right to the beach front we enjoyed it so much that we have booked again for july 2018 for 11 nights we cant wait very good quality holiday for us lot cant wat to be back there.
