We were travelling back across France from Italy and needed to find somewhere for overnight stay. As we were looking for basic facilities, I must say that we were well facilitated - only 64€ covering two of us with breakfast. Breakfast was good, too - fresh food. Service very pleasant and helpful.
What was marvellous in this day and age they just took payment, not email details etc. (So this review is purely voluntary!)

Room Tip: No evening meal available, but there is a microwave available (free) for your own food

Very friendly and helpful ladies on the reception desk, always a friendly greeting and a smile. Most of all very helpful and obliging.
Room is the usual Ibis Budget, all very clean with the essentials that you might need.
Next door to an Aldi which was pretty handy as the hotel is pretty much out of the way. Fine for a trip into the city and for day trips and of course a car is essential.
The location is quiet even with it's closeness to the road, it is set back enough.
We liked that we could open the window fully if we wished unlike just about everything other Ibis and Ibis Budget so you can get some air in. Luckily for us the days spent here were cold, 10 degrees, so AC was not needed and the heaters were on which was welcome.
Wifi was very good as was the lighting.

Pleasantly greeted on arrival.

Given Room 15 which was a good size, clean and we'll maintained.

As we arrived early we were given some clear directons to the town and where to park - had an enjoyable few hours exploring the town and also had an early super.

On return we popped into Aldi and got a few provisions for the next day.

Breakfast was good but unfortunately there was a huge German coach party all trying to get breakfast as we were trying to get a second cup of coffee. We gave up and accepted what we had was it as the queue was too long! Not the hotels fault.

On a long-haul drive from Spain to Italy, this was our midway point and we chose Ibis, having stayed in their budget branch before and finding it to be consistently nicer than some of the other highway chains. We were not disappointed! It was just off the highway, so easy to access, and was surrounding by quiet fields (no road noise!). The check in desk was open until 8 or 9, which I appreciate, since those auto check in machines have failed us before and when you're traveling without a local SIM in your phone, there's no way to solve that problem but to book another room and sort it out the next morning.

There were leaflets at the front desk for local pizza places, so we decided to check it out. The addresses are all ambiguous, but turns out they are pizza trucks parked along the D7N further down the road. You only have to drive a few minutes past the hotel and you'll find two. We stopped at the one further away and ordered one of their massive pizzas and brought it back to the hotel, where there was a nice eating area outside. Great pizza! Without a lot of fast and cheap options in the area, I'd highly recommend going this route!

The room was clean and comfortable, though very basic. The window pops open with a safety catch so you can sleep with fresh air, even on the ground floor. A good hot shower in the morning and we were ready to hit the road again! I'd recommend bringing your own pillow if you're picky, theirs were very sorry and flat. Fortunately, as we were moving, we had ours in the car.

The car park is gated shut at night, which made us feel secure about having our car full of our possessions. Overall, I'd recommend this place as a one-night stop and would stay there again.

We have stayed in many Ibis Budget hotels during our trip. This offers less comfort..
Rooms are the same but in the shower - instead of a glass wall - there is a curtain only.
Breakfast is poor, serving is disappointing: no plate!, only plastic cutlery...
There is an Aldi store you next to the hotel.
