sk us how difficult it is to find the perfect food delivery restaurant even when you have a lot of options or when you don't have any.
Chinese food has always been the best thing to order - be it for a daily meal or for a house party. With only Wok Express in the locality, The Kitchen Khar (we call it TKK) stands class apart serving some lip smacking Indo Chinese food.
What we ordered: Manchow Soup, Paneer Chilly, Burnt Garlic Rice and Hakka Noodles
What you must order: Paneer Chilly and Hakka Noodles
Manchow Soup served as a delicious start to the meal accompanied with fried noodles and soya sauce to suit as needed.
Paneer Chilly prepared in their In-house special sweet and spicy Kung Pao sauce tasted delicious. We didn't take much time to finish it. Perhaps, the perfect CHAKNA for a house cocktail party. We're sure that Chicken prepared in the same sauce would taste heavenly too. Go for it!
Burnt Garlic Rice had the perfect amount of fried garlic and veggies. However, a small piece of advice to use properly cooked rice. The portion served to us seemed to be a little overcooked. Sometimes, a little too much of care makes food a little overcooked.
Hakka Noodles was, by far, the best dish to have it cooked here. Perfect taste. Not to forget their freshly prepared Schezwan sauce that added beauty and taste to the noodles. Special shout out for the noodles!
The food was packed in special Wok boxes that turned into a plate when opened. Thoughtful that don't have to think of using and then washing utensils when you have such amazing food delivery methods.
Special mention to the owner, Islam, who did his best and took out his time for hosting us on a sunny Saturday.
Quick suggestions to add dessert and/or taste nullifiers to the delivery bag as Chinese food tend to leave a strong taste and odour in your mouth.
To sum it up, it was one delicious food experience to have Desi Chinese food from TKK. I hope next time you don't have to think twice about restaurants for ordering food home. You have The Kitchen right at your doorstep!
