Zilara Stay

've been to 6 resorts (Mexico, Costa Rica, DR, Jamaica) and this has been my favorite experience. The biggest differentiation was the staff friendliness/willingness to go above and beyond for their guests and the food. Food variety and taste was amazing. Facility was really nice as well, very clean. Activities were a lot of fun. At each one of the other resorts they always tried selling an upgrade/timeshare of some sort but we didn't have anyone try selling us things like that which we appreciated. Would highly recommend for the full all-inclusive experience.

15th Aniversary

Wonderful stay...room was very clean and nice...food and selection was very good as well. The only thing was that for an all inclusive Red Stripe was the only beer you could get, if you wanted a bud light there was a charge.

Excellent all inclusive. Very nice grounds.

This resort was very nice. The grounds were very good with enough pools, bars and beaches. Employees were very informative and friendly. When. You need something they were right on it. Food was very good. Would recommend this resort to all.

Superior quality staff and resort

We were just there for our honeymoon and this resort truly cares about their guests. Someone was always smiling and asking us how our day was. The resort was always being maintained as well. We saw someone painting to keep it pristine at least 3 times during our stay. The food, holy cow, amazing top star quality. Also the pools and beaches were kept very clean and nice as well. We will be back, thank you Jamaica Zilara!

Favorite place in Jamaica!

We have been here twice now and absolutely love it! The last trip, we had initially tried to go somewhere else (Grand Bahia Principe which was horrible). After many troubles, we left and went back to where we knew was amazing - the Hyatt Zilara. Upon arriving unexpectedly, they were able to immediately accommodate us, get us a gorgeous room, and welcome us immediately. Everything was just as great as we remembered. Amazing food, many options, great entertainment and pool side activities, endless amazing drinks, oh and the amazing staff! The people here are the most friendly, always willing to accommodate you and make your trip perfect. We will only ever come back to this resort in Jamaica - we absolutely love it here! If you’re looking for a fun Caribbean all inclusive get away, look no further because Hyatt Zilara is amazing (and you get the kids side, Ziva, access included!)
