Its hard not to be redundant with most all the FIVE STAR reviews of Hilton rose hall so I will try and make this useful for travelers planning on going there or those trying to make a good decision.
Let’s get the bad out of the way first, our only issue was with the booking information between Travelocity and Hilton, they cannot seem to get on the same page? We booked three adults in one room and understandably it came with a higher rate that we paid. But on arrival the front desk had it booked as two adults and one child. Then we had to send them our confirmation letter to the front desk manager not once but twice. The issue was resolved but it puts a bad feeling in your mind wondering if they are going to try and bill you again, not the way you want to spend your time on your vacation. Note to upper management, your staff saved you on this one, please get it fixed,it gives you a black eye. also please fix your web site hours for the jerk hut, showing open only on weekends but it was open daily, and we ate there daily to yummy!

Many Thanks to Executive Chef Steve Sowa and his fabulous culinary staff, they are the unsung heroes, the food was the highlight of our trip every restaurant and buffet was the best all-inclusive resort food we have had. Would like to mention some of the great staff that made our trip grand, the outstanding cook at the jerk hut Javone (wrong spelling but hope its close), Ms., Cecilia the best bartender, thanks for the great "clean" banana monkeys, servers Nathan and Greg at Luna di mare are very attentive and professional.we Cannot name all of the servers but truly they are outstanding.You all made my family feel special. This is a very kid friendly resort, the water park area and lazy river are fun, the beach is groomed to perfection every day and the whole resort is spotless clean and well run, from the heart is the slogan and you feel it. also, I do not get the comments on dated rooms?? this is jamaica, if your spending time in your room , why go to jamaica, the rooms were just fine.
If you are still reading, my advice to you is Go! No worries, we will be back too!More
