During our stay we needed to visit a hospital. Staff arranged it with a couple of minutes, including transport. That's my definition of making a difference. Much appreciated. All in all, staff is very welcoming, gentle, joyfull and helpfull.
The resort itself is small which is a plus to my opinion. Located at the end of sleeply Dauin, straight on the beach. We are not a big fan of all the reed (bed, mirror, seats, tables) but that's just a matter of taste. Rooms are spotless, have a great view (at least the one we had) and are spacious.
Food is allright although they serve massive portions, probably bases on American standards. Loved the chili con carne omelet for breakfast. Craft beer is appreciated as well.
My wife did the dive trip around Apo island, organized by the resort. Professional and good. Thumbs up for local divemaster Romel Alaton who was a very pleasant guide to dive with.More
